**Incident - I had a long journey from the US, so I pre-booked my stay at Waho Tenzin Hotel. I was only left with a few changes of Indian rupees after paying for the taxi and other stuff, so I thought I would change money the next day. My friend was supposed to come to meet me early the next morning, but he got delayed due to some work. He told me to go to the restaurant and have my breakfast. He would pay it through Paytm online as I was short of Indian currency. I agreed and there I met these two beautiful people. After breakfast, I took a pic of the receipt, the Paytm QR code, and WhatsApped my friend to pay. As he was in traffic and in a hurry, he just paid them whatever was on the receipt. So those staff members were so unsatisfied and sarcastic about the correct amount they got and they couldn’t get any tips. God, please have some shame. I usually tip more whenever I take an auto, a restaurant, or a taxi because I feel satisfied with their service. But tips are always optional and I should do it my way. Don’t make tips a habit and mandatory even when someone is in my situation. Don’t tell me when, where, and how much to tip. I know it. All the best with this kind...

Beware!!!!worst place to stay.Tenzin Kunsang the manager has no manners and doesn’t know how to talk to females.The math ain’t mathing and the common sense ain’t so common theses days I guess.Spent 3 night and they charged us for 4 nights.The reasoning they gave is because we switched room in the same hotel from regular to deluxe.He said it’s MT rule that if you switch rooms after 12 that I have to pay for the empty room and the deluxe room for the same day.Doesnt make any sense.So basically he said we have to charge you for the regular room and deluxe room for the same day even though you moved to spend the night in deluxe room.So he said regular room 2235 + deluxe room 2835=5,070 for one night.Since we moved from regular to deluxe at 2pm.WTH.Not worth the price tag.Does not make sense at all.Mind you we are a family of four with my amala and my 3 year old son.Mind you and he has the audacity to say if you don’t want to pay then I will just deduct it from the workers salary.Broooo ssly ur using some innocent front desk lady’s salary to get the money out of us bro get a life.First and last at Waho Tenzin place.I would not recommend this place to anyone.And then the owner pulled later to explain to the manager that he doesn’t make any sense.Yea FOH charging us for 2 room just because we switched the room in the same hotel saying we have to pay for the old room and the new room at the same...

I was traveling too far with my families , I planned to stay at Majnukatilla. I chose Waho Tenzing Hotel and booked a room because of the positive reviews. Oh my god, that was a nightmare experience!

First of all, it was extremely expensive. Secondly, they refused to accept my Delhi identification. I was with my grandmother and my wife, and I requested a room. The receptionist informed me that there was only one room available tonight and that I had to check out tomorrow at 12 pm. I accepted everything and the bellboy delivered my bags to the room. I gave them my grandmother’s Aadhar card from Manali, my wife’s citizen identification, and my Delhi Aadhar card. I tried to convince the receptionist politely, but they held their ground and insisted that Delhi identification was not allowed to stay in the hotel. Why? They didn’t understand why the Delhi police were not allowed to take rooms for Delhi identification, especially since it was due to prostitution-related businesses. I couldn’t comprehend their reasoning, and even the manager didn’t seem to understand it either. Oh my god, I hope you should know before booking a hotel. It’s expensive and not clean...
