The place is nice, the food is ok, the service needs a lot of work here. Overall it is a confusing affair to be honest.
I'll start with some salty, savoury remarks & end with something sweet.
The options in food are sufficient, from cafe cuisine to family restaurant dishes. The quality is good, the taste is good too though the dishes did not match the description or it's name in a few items for ex. the starter dish named Crispy vegetable mostly had chilli potatos & onions in it with hardly or minimal veggies. All the dishes only had the quantity/size of halves, that is half a plate. There's no full plate option to choose from which makes it confusing for the customer whether to add 2 half plates of an item, as you pay more for 2 halves than 1 full. So quantity and size are an inconvenient affair here.
The service is one of the worst I've ever seen. The waiter had an attitude which cannot be called hospitable at all, the things such as water & chutney(mint sauce), salad etc, which are to be & should be kept on the table without asking had to be specially asked for like we ordered the food then asked for water, the food took time on the longer side, when it came we had to ask for spoons & then asked for chutney & salad, as we were 8 family members dining there they should've naturally kept 2 on both ends of the long table but they only kept 1, when we asked for another the waiter said to my mother "pehle aap ye to leo madam me or bhii la deta hun" as opposed to just saying yes, which was rude & unprofessional at all levels.
With this experience we decided to leave the restaurant after having just a few starters alone. I paid for it, also told the receptionist that your service is not good & food quantity & size needs to be looked into but rather than being keen & asking about any particular detail or remarks the person just smiled with sigh ending the conversation in a way showing me that I don't know what I'm talking about & that I should leave. Then we left & went to another restaurant
Not the sweet part is It's an open space, which has its pros cons, i.e, it is the mercy of weather conditions, hot, cold, rainy, that's also the beauty of it. That being said they've also got some seating in a closed atmosphere. It is suitable for coming with family, friends & also on a date. Nice & a rare blend & balance. They have parking...
Read moreUnexpectedly, this place turned out to be a gem in the middle of Harinagar. The moment you step in, you don’t feel like you’re in the same locality. Beautiful fountains, lush greenery, a scenic swing, and thoughtfully designed spaces make it a refreshing escape in West Delhi. The biggest highlight for me was that it’s pet-friendly. Most good pet-friendly restaurants are usually in South Delhi, Gurgaon, Manesar, or Noida, so finding one so close to home was such a pleasant surprise.
The food was reasonably priced and tasted good. The pizza was very tasty, the fresh lime soda refreshing, the roti and dal comforting, and even the chicken we ordered for my pet was well made. While the food wasn’t extraordinary, it was satisfying and well worth the price.
What stood out even more was how inclusive the place felt. They have private dining, open dining, and public dining options, along with wheelchair access, elderly-friendly facilities, and a genuinely welcoming attitude towards pets. The staff was polite, warm, and made the experience even better.
The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes and insects in the outdoor seating, but apart from that, it was a lovely experience overall. A beautiful, hidden gem in West Delhi that I’d...
Read moreI celebrated my roka and engagement ceremony here and am highly delighted to have it celebrated at Woodland affairs. The place was top notch in all the parameters. Ambience: If you visit there, you will become a big fan of the place. It gives you royal resort kinda vibe and is way different than other fine dine restaurants. I think it's one of its kind in West Delhi. All of my guests loved the place. Food and service: They haven't left a single stone unturned in both of these areas. Finger licking food and wonderful service. You won't have to ask for anything twice. Owner: The decision to decide a place matters alot on how the owner/manager carry forwards the conversation. I dealt with Suryansh and he was a great host and accommodated my requests to ensure that we celebrate our big day the way we want to. I will highly recommend the place for...
