Although the cuisine is authentically Tibetan, near perfect in terms of quality and taste. The service is very disappointing, all due to the rude Lady who is the cashier, rest of the staff is very hardworking and sincere. Don't know if the Lady who doubles up as the cashier, waiter, kitchen staff etc, is the co-owner, but she is very rude, hasty in behaviour. I ordered almost stuff worth 1000 bucks, and asked her to have half plate of the leftover Chicken thukpa to be packed as take away, which she had agreed initially. But later her kitchen staff had thrown it away instead, her excuse was, it was going to get soggy anyways, so it got thrown. She was very hasty in taking the order, and later called me to pay up on the counter saying, your packed order is ready (I was with my family of 3). Although it wasn't ready, I had to wait for another 10 minutes standing, it was her tactic to get the table cleared. I suspect the Lady is racist, I noticed she was hasty with North Indian customers, and particularly nice towards Ladakhi customers. I have been coming to this restaurant since it was opened more than 10 years back, and always look forward for the great food, but my last experience here was very disappointing due to the Lady's behaviour, it was wierd, unfriendly and unwelcoming. Hostile is the...

Read moreAwesome mind blowing fresh, hot and mouthwatering Tibetan food just love it that too with effective price! A complete family restaurant ❤
Now this below review is latest I.e. 12th November 2022. With a very heavy heart the quality of the food has fallen like a shooting star and zero professionalism as after 10pm they won't take any orders even for those who are already dining in and hungry. I totally agree that there's specific closing time for every restaurant but saying no to the ones who are already eating and wanted to order that too without giving them update well in advance that the kitchen is going to shut down so if there's anything you like to order then this is the last call after this we won't be able to...
