McDonald’s — Restaurant in Delhi

A PATHETIC EXCUSE and DISGRACE to the McDonald's international franchise....WHO hires such USELESS staff?! I have NEVER come across such POOR service and incompetent staff as I did today at THIS particular branch!!! My wife and I were ordering our meals and were greeted by such UNFRIENDLY staff (it's a pity I wasn't able to get their names...both the lady that took our order and the one who brought our order....Even sour lemons probably have a sweeter taste compared to these two women who clearly felt they were doing customers a "favour" by taking and giving their orders...My wife kindly asked the lady that gave our orders,to please add some chilli sauce sachets BUT she told my wife that she saw them "somewhere" and didn't know where it was,and rudely walked away with total disregard. I am APPALLED and so disappointed to see how CARELESS these people are!!! I am a qualified food and customer service critic ...and I would certainly NOT recommend THIS STORE to anyone...but I would STRONGLY SUGGEST that the franchise owner pays close attention to upholding the McDonald's franchise name by 1stly ensuring the front staff especially, are adequately TRAINED to handle customers with RESPECT and COURTESY...2ndly,as long as I've been a loyal customer of the world's greatest fast food franchise....I have NEVER taken my order home in a flimsy brown paper bag,yet alone a 'BRANDLESS" one....is this even permitted by Head Office ??? Branding is a key factor in every successful business...PLEASE DON'T be so CHEAP by offering flimsy brown BRANDLESS bags for take away...

Worst Experience i ever had, No Professional Service and most importantly food quality even in their good products the bun quality was pathetic even adulteration is there in Sprite dink

After asking from a genuine employee of mc Donald's he replied -

Sir we did 2lac + sales in a day and justifying this with the quality in a way where he stated that there will be some compromise that you have to bear such a unprofessional and unethical response led me to go ahead with legal action on them

Hello Trainers this is the practice that you provided to your so called valuable employees

Please mention my serious feedback for one of your employees and especially for MR DHEERAJ he told me that he has been working here for almost 2 years now.

He didn't have the proper intention to listen a customer. I went there to order an EVM meal he stated we sell multiple in a very bad tone and replied in a very bad body language.

Please initiate a PIP mail to him so that he can change himself in a positive manner.

Also i am looking for a Refund, please revert if you are not...
