#jainfood During this covid-19 situation, due to the duties we needed to order from outside from a place serving jain food (no onion n no garlic) Luckily, we have this restaurant delivering to my place n we were so happy. This is where i used my gold membership the most. I usually order thali from here. I love the way they pack it. Its so neat. . Their starters platter is also Awesome. Dahi ki tikki were so soft n delicious. I loved their chaaps n paneer tikka too. . Malai kofta was also delicious. Though i didnt like their paneer lababdar ... Its a bit confusing as they serve paneer lababdar (as per the mentioned in their menu).. in the thali.. but when I ordered it.... It tasted different. I really enjoyed the malai kofta. . Since thhis is the only jain food option available... I have tried many a things... In breads, instead of butter naan, i loved their stuffed naan. The size is big n its so soft n delicious. . Their food is so delicious n finger licking good. Also, the staff is so polite. Whenever i called and asked for something, they were always so polite n considerate. Thank you for your service. Read moreI felt a strong biasedness when I visited this restaurant
firstly after waiting for several minutes no one came
Secondly I stood and went to staff where in they all were very busy on servicing a family they were from the family of Iskon management.
Third after asking them for several minutes they asked me to wait at the table to which they came
Later when I asked for veg thali he refused me and I can see clearly see that family is having the same meal which is listed I the menu and they came with us only
He told me that they are vvip and you will not get this and laughed and sarcastically went away
This whole experience wasn't good
Vvip culture at this that too be a restaurant which is associated by Iskon is dissappointed and the biasedness that I hv felt is like a racism.
And as I can see they don't read the reviews so I hope you will treat people equally...

I had visited at 8:50. Ordered by 8:55 (I know this be a we called home to let them know we will be eating here itself) The service was very slow and misleading where we asked multiple times for the ETA on the food.
This was mismanaged to an extent that we had to eventually walk out at 9:35 after not getting a clear response from the staff and seeing people on adjacent tables getting service after ordering much later than us.
While we tried to report it to the manager, he tried to convince us how we are assuming stuff and we had only been waiting for 15 mins?! Least we would have expected was an admission rather than dismissal of responsibility for this...
