Nathu's Sweets — Restaurant in Dwarka

My family and I have been a regular visitor at Nathu's Dwarka Sec 13. We like the food hence we visit but their staff is very arrogant and talk in the most pathetic manner. We sat on the last right seat and the staff said "pls get up you r 2 and there is a group of 4". We had already ordered. If they don't want 2 people to sit there then mark it as reserve or else be a bit polite. On speaking with the person on billing Mr Babloo, realised he was the father of all arrogance. He was not bothered and said I don't think my staff said anything and never even said wait mam have food n go. He was not even looking and responding. Then came another customer who also gave the same review and said if this is your behavior even I will not come ir buy anything and he left. But Mr babloo was like apki marzi. Zero in client dealing. I told him this is some 20th time I am visiting but he was like phir kya karein....Owner Sir you should definitely look into this arrogance as his client dealing is really bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND AS CLEINT COMES BEFORE BUSINESS AMD IF THEY CANT RESPECT THAT THEY...

One of the worst restaurant in terms of food quality and quantity. I had went there with my family on new year and I had decided to order chowmein ,manchurian and chilly potato. They served chowmein in a very small bowl that was not even sufficient for one person.Manchurian served with 3 balls that to in a small bowl. Pathetic service ,pathetic quality ,pathetic quantity. I am requesting to all to avoid going there to celebrate or to spend time with family because they will surely give you disappointment . Sorry to say what ever amont I have paid that was very hard earned money .They SPOIL SPOIL SPOIL over mood .Worst place for food. Quality was like a street food they do garnishing of manchurian with green onion leaves .waited for around 30 minutes for the order .I have visited them twice to request them to take order and even same for bill .👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎.
