My child was in the middle of eating their meal, with a burger still in hand, when a waiter abruptly removed our tray without any prior communication or asking if we were finished. This was incredibly disruptive and frustrating. When we questioned why he had taken the tray, his response was completely unacceptable. He offered us a used tray from another customer, showing a complete disregard for hygiene and customer satisfaction. What was more appalling was his attitude: he was unapologetic and dismissively told us to "go tell my name, I don't care." We immediately brought this behavior to the attention of the staff. While we received a verbal "sorry," the waiter in question was visibly smiling, indicating a complete lack of remorse or understanding of the seriousness of his actions. This entire interaction left us feeling disrespected, unheard, and thoroughly disgusted. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect, particularly towards a child, is simply unacceptable for any establishment, let alone a well-known brand like McDonald's. It completely ruined our family meal and has left a very negative impression. I hope McDonald's takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with staff training and accountability. We expect a much higher standard of service and respect from...

McDonalds, a big brand name for burgers for all over the world.
I used to had a very good image in my mind and heart for amazing and pocket friendly burgers in their menu.
But, everything has turned down to pathetic experience I had today.
After a very long time I visited McDonald's , and very keenly ordered a happy meal, which consisted a veg aloo tikki burger, few juliens of french fries and a regular coke.
Burger was so pathetic, and found only a dry aloo tikki and 2-3 rings of onion slice. And the bun was also so dry.
I reached out to burger order taker, and shown the level of burgers they are serving to all customers like me...
And he proudly answered, that it has only aloo tikki.
I separately ordered a normal aloo tikki burger costed 50 only. Whereas on the other hand, the shitty meal costed me 119.
Abe mcdonalds walo, please apna level thoda to maintain karlo, samne burger king tumhara business khatam kardega agle 4-5 saal me, agar yhi haal raha to.
Sudhar jao....
Isse bura review nahi ho sakta duniya me.
Special appeal to all the readers, please yha mat jana... isse acha roadside burgers kha lo... jada paisa hai apke paas to mujhe donate krdo...
For donation kindly reply me on...
Read moreI am writing to formally express my serious concerns regarding my recent visit to the McDonald's at Gaur Mall on Sunday, [insert date], between 3-4 PM. During my visit with my family, we were confronted with excessively loud music playing on the first floor. Despite my repeated requests to the manager to lower the volume, the noise level remained unbearable. I found it nearly impossible to hear my family members or even take phone calls. This situation was not only frustrating but also incredibly embarrassing. Furthermore, the behavior of a staff member named Tarun was disappointing. Instead of addressing our concerns, he was dismissive and unhelpful, which only exacerbated the situation. As a result, we felt compelled to leave the restaurant without enjoying our meal, which is not the experience one would expect at McDonald's. This is the first time I have encountered such poor service, and it is clear that the quality of staff and customer experience is deteriorating. I urge you to take this matter seriously to prevent similar experiences for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your...
