Sagar ratna — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I was their few days back. The basement was booked for some get together. We sat on the ground floor. Aftet sometime we got to know that their are only three Waiters available and I don't know about the cook inside kitchen.

After 15 minutes, I observed everyone started complaining that no one has taken their order, or some didn't get the menus and even some didn't get the water too. Everyone started leaving after sometime and receptionist started telling the new coming customer that the whole restaurant is booked sorry.

I hope the service improves and handling these...

Filter coffee was terrible - burnt taste. They managed to turn even a simple tomato soup into a disaster! They have no clue how to prepare either south indian or north indian food.

I wish there was an option of zero to give. Pathetic services. Minimum waiting time is 45 minutes. Can't even provide basic food in time. Please don't waste your time here. Disgrace on hospitality industry. If somehow the owners are listening or reading this. Kindly do justice to...
