Absolutely Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend for Events

I recently hosted a party for 20 people here and had one of the worst experiences imaginable. Before even getting into the poor service, there were two completely unacceptable and dangerous issues:

The restaurant was under renovation, and despite repeated requests to clear the space before our party, nothing was done. Shockingly, a 10-foot hardwood board fell on a guest’s head during the event. The staff didn’t even apologise. In fact, half of them disappeared from the scene instead of taking responsibility.

Lied about the menu: We had a party menu agreed upon in advance and they DID NOT serve several items. They blatantly lied to our faces about having served them when they clearly did not.

On top of that, the service was extremely slow. We had to repeatedly remind staff to serve food, and the main course wasn’t served until 4 PM (for a lunch party!!) by which time half the guests had already left.

To make matters worse, the manager, Mr. KK, tried to overcharge us by billing for 30 guests and made up a story about a “minimum guest guarantee,” which was never communicated at any point.

Please do not get fooled by the appearance or promises. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and dishonest. Save your money and your peace of mind and host your event...

so we have booked this place around a week ago for 15 person kitty party at the time of booking they were very nice and agreed to serve as decided, for the safer side we even went to this place two days before the party to check the food taste and service, but on the day of kitty the service was pathetic, there were no waiter to serve the food also the food taste was not up to the mark, they charged such hefty amount for per plate but the service was zero, they served food in bulk even after denying them multiple times to not serve as the food was getting by cold, there were not proper cutlery, i am posting few pictures regarding the arrangement they have provided us the tables were shaking there no proper arrangements, for the main course among 15 person they served single bowls for dal single for gravy and single bowl of rice, we went to them multiple times to serve the food nicely but there were no one to manage the things instead they were quiet rude, the gravy was literally lying on the table and was all over the rim of the bowl there were no hygiene, food was cold, did not serve basic items, no salad nothing else r have to ask them for every single thing overall it was complete wastage of time and...

I wanted to try out this place since it was newly opened in RDC. I had order shrimp tempura roll aka sushi(I was having a very high hope on this dish) and my husband ordered turkish roasted chicken salad and for drink I had order blueberry and pea iced tea. My sushi order took almost 35 mins. Plating of sushi was on point and beautiful but sushi tasted was so awful! It was the worst sushi I ever had in my life.. So disappointed. Rice inside the roll was so sticky, starchy and all clump together! I had 1 piece out of 8 pieces and asked them to packed it for me also wasabi didn't even have that authentic taste like I couldn't tasted the aroma of spiciness at all. Turkish roasted chicken salad, blueberry and pea iced tea was really good though. I would only suggested this place for those people who like hookha mainly!
