The Clock Tower — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I have thrown my birthday party at The Clock Tower and must say that I am spellbound by the service and ambience as well. I have tried so many thing and not even a single item hasn't disappointed me.. Coming to the items I have tried -

1. Cheese cigar rolls
2. kukure spring roll
3. cheesey mushroom
4. paneer tikka
5. tandoori momos
6. drinks - kala Katha, Pina colada, gold medalist, virgin mojito, cold coffee
7. dal makhani
8. kadhai paneer
9. malai kofta
10. briyani
11. pineapple raita
12. breads - lacha paratha, butter naan, tandoori roti So starting form my most most favourites
13. cheese cigar rolls have taken my heart like literally the amount of crispy, cheese is perfect
14. kurkure spring roll - they have added some masala to the crunchy part which enhanced the taste 10times
15. paneer tikka was so soft and tender that it melted in our mouth
16. tandoori momos are one of the favourite.
17. cheesey mushroom was also nice And main course was delicious The most favourite from it was briyani, I just loved the aroma, flavours and everything Dal makhani was so creamy and one of the best dal makhani in Ghaziabad Now kadhai paneer and malai kofta were good, the gravy was quite rich. Last but not the least coming to the drinks, My favourite one was kala Katha because it was so refreshing in these summers and Pina colada because I love coconut flavour. Gold medalist and virgin mojito were also very refreshing!!! Overall i loved the food, the ambience and the hospitality as well. Everything was accompanied with siders like mint chutney, onion, red chilli chutney, different dips etc. This place is worth every penny and most importantly haven't seen such a nice place in Ghaziabad RDC specially which serves amazing food as well. Today I planned my son's birthday party in Clock Tower and everything was preplanned & fixed with Manager Kunal that Music will be played at the time of games & cake cutting but at the 12th hour they denied about it. It is pretty basic thing even we go to a restaurant to celebrate birthday but they denied in 50 pax gathering. Our party time was 12:30 but ballon decorator who arrived at 10:00 A.M. was denied entry in hall till 12:00 Noon on some vastu shastra logic. Even DJ guy was there and he agreed to play music a day before and even on the day he arrived but denied it at the last movement when children's game started. Plates were not given at the time of starters & also water bottles were not given to guest. Planned menu like Pizza was served very late and in bits & pieces. It is a very pathetic restaurant and management and service is very poor. We paid payment in full but even then clock tower spoiled our party and don't trust manager Kunal & Swarup. They change there commitment and words in seconds. They have no value of guests and don't have basic sense to deal with customers. DON'T ever book your party at...

I’m updating my review for this restaurant based on my recent experiences. Unfortunately, the quality has declined, and the staff has started showing unnecessary attitude.

The food has been average during my last three visits:

Ordered Chicken Lababdar and naan for takeaway — the curry was excessively spicy, and the naan was just okay.

Dined in with family — again, the food was too spicy, and there were long waits between dishes despite the restaurant not being crowded.

Had lunch with friends — overall, the food was underwhelming.

To the Management:

Your DJ seems to have an inflated ego. When we politely requested one song for a child, he responded with unnecessary attitude. Why? Is he not being compensated properly?

Please train your chefs better — if this continues, more people like me may stop coming altogether.
