8 ball cafe — Restaurant in Goa

Very rude server at the billing counter who was not ready to take feedback on the bitter coffee served to us. I was trying to give him polite feedback after paying the bill, but he put it back on me saying - “wo aapko order karne se pehle puchna chahiye tha” - probably couldn’t stand a North Indian telling him something in Goa. Last I checked their economy was based on tourism. Weird! Potentially an illegal place with bunch of rowdy boys smoking contrabands (I could smell and see) and cover up story is billiards/ pool cafe - should be reported to narcotics department. Surprisingly there is a police station 200 mtrs down the road but things are happening pretty open in this area! Avoid this place and don’t venture here - at least with...
