If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, I knew I had made a mistake. The place was filled with smoke so thick you could barely see across the room, and the ventilation was non-existent. It felt like I was inhaling a gas chamber instead of enjoying a hookah session.

The service...Absolutely pathetic. The staff was uninterested, rude, and took ages to bring our order. When they finally did, the hookah was awful – barely any smoke, tasted burnt, and kept getting clogged. When we asked for a coal change, they acted like we were asking for their kidneys.

The drinks and food were just as bad. The overpriced shakes tasted like sugary water, and the snacks were...
