We went here for a Fado night and it was a surreal experience . Fado is a Portuguese song narrative, the restaurant had a special menu during the Fado. We loved the prawns starters along with the soup. The main course in chicken was okay however the desserts which was a combination of 3 : pudding , icecream and cashew cake ( the best one ) ended it extremely well to go along with the beautiful Fado performances . We attended the noite de fado event in alfama (which takes place on 1st Friday of every month). It's a 4 course dinner with live faado (traditional Portuguese music) performances. Wow! What about experience. Really too wonderful. We didn't know what to expect when we booked...but from the first note of faado, we were just blown! Will cherish the experience for a long time.

The food was delicious. Veg was good. The non veg was really memorable.
