One day we decided to try sea food in Goa for the first time. So we went to another restaurant but there was huge line for dinner and this restaurant is oppositie to that restaurant and less crowded so we went for dinner to this place. Surpringly this place turned great. They don't have huge variety on menu but all dishes are quite nice and enough quantity. First we ordered prawn curry and chicken do pyaza. The prawn curry was decent but not that great because it has too much coconutty flavour. Maybe this dish acquire taste. Later we ordered Veg Platter. It was phenomenally good. Must try if you like grilled items. Ambience was also great in the restaurant. They also have live singing session, which creates great environment and everyone enjoys. Visited this place twice in the first week of September 2021. Ambience and Décor – Extremely beautiful. An old Portuguese style has been redesigned as a café. The interiors and lighting are just perfect to spend a beautiful evening. They have live music performances – we got to hear English and Hindi on the two occasions and they were very melodious. Food : We stuck to lemon iced tea and veg starters viz. tandoori aloo and tandoori mushrooms on both occasions. The tandoori aloo and Tandoori mushrooms were extremely good in quality and quantity. They were also priced very well. However, the lemon iced tea left a lot to be desired. Was not at all made well – moreover the pricing was in line with mocktails at Rs. 325 which was just not VFM. Had the worst food ever. I was here yesterday, ordered some veg and non veg sizzlers, penne pasta with Tom yum and creamy mushroom soup. I swear I had to return the both my soup because one was extremely oily and spicy and please don't forget tasteless and the creamy mushroom soup was like just hot milk and mushroom. Pasta was burnt and smelled like khicidi, the rice in the sizzlers or let me say the whole sizzler was so dry that I had to ask for the additional sauce to just eat. I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because of the ambience and the staff as they were polite. Rest everything was so bad.
