Cremeux - Porvorim — Restaurant in Goa

This was my first experience to cremeux, I visited the Porvorim location late afternoons. As we entered the store and were walking towards the counter a male staff greeted us Good afternoon with a smile which made us feel welcoming. We than were looking at the menu and were confused to place order for as everything on menu looked delicious. But we were not in having pizza today so we asked the staff for their suggestion, the female staff suggested to try pasta,we ordered 2 pasta white sauce and red sauce and honestly i m glad that i took the suggestion and tried out the pasta, this was the best pasta ever I hv tried and my friend who had red pasta was also happy wth the taste. The slice bread served along wth the pasta also compliments well and the portion served was quite generous. Overall my experience was great. I had come here for lunch. Friends had recommended the breakfast meal. I ordered it. It came along with complimentary tea or coffee. You can choose how the two eggs is cooked in either three ways which are omelette, sunny-side up or scramble egg. For a non-veg treat either sausages or ham can be selected. The bread is sliced in half and toasted in butter. Potato slices are roasted and have a smokey flavour. Half a tomato is roasted and topped with mozerrella cheese and oregano. The meal is accompanied by ketchup packets for added seasoning. The meal is satisfactory for one person but for those with a large appetite two may be required. The cutlery used is wooden so it is environmentally-friendly. The plate is ceramic. All this is available at a pocket friendly price of 110 INR. The staff is customer friendly. My wife and I visited the PORVORIM outlet for breakfast on Sunday. We were the only customers yet our service took more than 35 minutes. We had ordered the breakfast option but were served only half of the promised items. Upon inquiring about the missing items multiple times, we were told that the grill was broken and would start on the items then if we wanted. This is the most pathetic response I have ever heard. The cashier/waitress had her mask below her chin and served us the same way, regardless of any COVID protocols. The floor was dirty and had a couple of cockroaches which we had to kill and despite this fresh stock which had just arrived was strewn all over the floor this is an absolute violation of food handling protocols especially when your outlet is already open to customers.
