Fish Hut — Restaurant in Goa

My experience at this beach shack was far from enjoyable, thanks to their unreasonable policies and lack of hospitality. Firstly, the charge of Rs. 200 just to use a sunbed is completely unjustified( even though we were going to order from here) , especially when coupled with a demand for a minimum spend of Rs. 1000. It's as if they're trying to squeeze every last rupee out of their customers.

To make matters worse, the staff seemed utterly clueless about the owner's identity, despite her being present on the premises. This lack of communication reflects poorly on the management and creates a sense of disorganization.

Speaking of the owner, her behavior was nothing short of appalling. Instead of addressing our concerns with professionalism and courtesy, she chose to adopt a rude and confrontational attitude. Her assertion that "this is my land, my rules" was not only disrespectful but also displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

I would strongly advise against patronizing this beach shack. With their outrageous fees, incompetent staff, and hostile owner, it's clear that they have little regard for providing a pleasant beach experience. Fish Hut is a shack on Sinquerim beach. I walked by this shack daily. So one night I finally went there. At night it looks very different. It is a good place to relax and chill with family and friends. The guests can sit in the shack or at the tables outside. The shack is brightly lit whereas the tables are candlelit.

Fish Hut is known for its delicious seafood. So you love seafood, you are in for a treat. I really loved their chicken tandoori. The tandoori was juicy and tender with the right amount of spiciness. Also, their vegetarian food is just as good. They serve all three meals— breakfast, lunch and dinner. I don't remember the shack being open in the morning. So I can't be sure about breakfast.

The staff is kind and hospitable. It takes time to prepare your food. So you can either relax on the loungers outside or take a walk on the beach.
