Ordered for chicken biryani boneless but found 5 to 6 pieces of small sharp bones mixed into the rice. Called upon the waiter to show him and he says he shall ask chef about the same. After 10 min they decide to offer me to change the dish. I was running short of time so i said its ok. Requested for onion slices which came after i almost finished eating. Raita portion is as good as 2 tablespoons. Had to order for extra raita which is charged extra. Cmon how can u be skimpy serving raita which is a must along with biryani ? Ordered for seradura desert so the waiter suggests to take the ice cream instead which they would give complimentary. I said i dont need a complimentary ice cream so just get me my seradura instead. Currents went out for 20 min. Everyone was eating with their mobile flashlights. To make it worse they charge me extra Rs 40 for boneless biryani which was full of bones 😂 aren’t these guys unbelievable? Service is gone to dogs. They take their own sweet time being located in the main office area of the city where usually people go to eat during their limited lunch break. Too laid back. All this at at a premium price ? Totally not expected. And to probably make up for all this blunder they gave me the extra raita as complimentary 😂😂😂 so sweet and considerate guys 😂😂😂 probably never going to back there 😏 couldnt manage to click a pic of the biryani full of bones because the currents went out and my phone battery was low so couldn’t use the flash either.
