I found Nireas from Google and after reading the reviews I thought of trying it. I am foodie and try new places no matter how much I love the food at a place, but after visiting Nireas this changed. I did not try a lot of restaurants around. Reason I was impressed by everything they did. The food was made with quality ingredients, it was fresh, delicious and healthy too, which was a delight cause I could eat and not be worried of falling sick.
Menu- they have a variety of cuisines to try from and all of them are good. I tried Italian (bruschetta, pizza, pasta), Israeli (falafel, schnitzel, Thai, Indian (khichdi), coffee, fresh juices, and they were all amazing, their stir fried vegetables had the perfect crunch, hummus wrap, sizzler, bruchetta, schnitzel was mouth watering. To people who love spicy food this place is not for you, to people who love flavours of different kinds it's a heaven, they do not over powder ingredients with spices, mark of beautiful food. Apart from this the place was open, airy, the entire set up and decor was environment friendly. You will not find plastic bottles, but a water station, the food they packed was with bio-degradable material like paper, foil. Music- mornings would have light calm music and evenings would have lively music but never loud. I visit goa every year, spend more time in the south especially Palolem. This is going to be my go to place now every year. If you want to eat great food, relax, read a book and enjoy the present moment this is the place to be. Me and my mom would have breakfast, dinner here and read a book/ chat. They serve non-veg, veg, vegan food. I surely am gonna miss the place and its people who not just serve good food but also have amazing sense of hospitality. They are closed from May to August. You can drop them a message on google, they are quick in response. Highly highly...

First I will talk about their coffee Ordered iced Americano while on trip been there thrice for it Very nice bitter hit with hint of cocoa. As inquired they use Arabic beans locally sourced. Ordered their breakfast Pancake Crispy edges soft centre but forgot vanilla essence which makes it good for your nostrils adding some flavour Their coffee is must try amazing strong and lovely latte art with that crema Pan cake served with fresh fruit looked so exotic and tasted as well great. The combo of pancake with tahini didn't expect to work but somehow it did. As you need some fats in your diet that was appropriate quantity of healthy fats paired with date syrup.
Ordered Italian breakfast had toasted bread with pesto and good quality of mozzarella with tasted nice with masala egg we ordered and some side salad Well presented Food should please your eye Then your nostrils and obviously taste is the King. Almost they meet everything. Tried their dessert queen something it’s just ordinary but sometimes it works Vanilla ice cream was not that...
Read moreIn South India, finding vegetarian food is wonderfully easy — it’s one of the reasons we love traveling here. But very often, menus tend to repeat the same familiar combinations and flavors. Nireas Heatly Haven is the exception.
Here, we found real variety — thoughtful dishes that go beyond the usual standards, with different ingredients, textures, and approaches that made every meal genuinely enjoyable and never repetitive. The flavors are balanced, fresh, and clearly prepared with care, not just assembled. You feel the difference immediately.
And we have to mention the drinks: Nireas served the coldest, truly icy drinks we found anywhere in India. In a country where “cold” often still means “room temperature but trying,” here the drinks come out perfectly chilled — the kind that immediately resets your internal thermostat on a hot tropical day. It became a daily ritual for us.
The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, the staff warm and sincere — present, but never intrusive. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable lingering, talking, breathing, just being.
If you’re in Palolem and looking for vegetarian food that’s not just available, but interesting, varied, and genuinely delicious, make a stop at Nireas Heatly Haven.
And seriously — order the iced...
