SHREE GANESH PURE VEG RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Goa

The ONLY Pure Veg Restaurant in the surroundings of Palolem beach that serves some of the best dishes I have had. I am a Jain, was on One month trip to South Goa. Shree Ganesh is the best option for those looking for Pure Veg food. The ambiance is good, decent hygiene and amazing customer service. This is a family owned and managed restaurant and serves you homely food. During my stay, we tried many dishes and I highly recommend this place.

Anil is very young who manages the customer orders while his father (Main Chef) handles the cooking & presentation.

Must haves ; Breakfast : Ginger Tea (is very tasty), Poori Bhajji. Aloo Paratha, Masala Dosa

Lunch/Dinner : Paneer Butter Masala (I never had such tasty dish anywhere else), Butter Roti, Naan, Dal Tadka, Veg Biryani (one of thee best), try their Special Thali (3 curry options, each one is very good)

Snack/Chinese : Veg Cheese Grill, Gobi Manchurian, Fried Rice, Noodles etc.,

It is a treat to have and home away from home like experience. I was struggling to find VEG options for initial 2 days of stay but as soon as we found Shree Ganesh, we had most of our meals here during the stay.

The behaviour of owner is very rude which is literally seen in response..They even don't have menu or price list of each items..on asking normal drinking water, they will charge you 50 INR or more according to there mood.. on asking of menu, they said not available right now. They will not tell you about any charge and at last they will charge you randomly... Looking to the cost, we have just ordered 2 thalis between 4 people... After worst taste and very less quantity, we just left the hotel.

According to us, it is below 1 star hotel. (Not a hotel) Very poor response to the customer and tourist...

while the food is good, this place has arrogant staff and they are very bad at service.

the staff is overloaded, doesnt know how to handle customers. some examples they made someone wait at table for 1.5 hours, served something that was cold, and couldnt manage feedback from guest - eventually the group of four 50+ people were asked to leave. this was on second day of our visit where we had to wait for 77 minutes with occupancy of 3 tables - to get first soup! the first night they didnt take any order despite us profusely requesting for it, and missing the window of putting request by 3 mins.
