Harman pure veg restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

Ordered from Harman Punjabi — food was decent except for the dal makhani, which was clearly stale, with a foul smell and sour taste. Tried contacting Zomato support but couldn’t get past the bot, no human help provided.

I then contacted the restaurant owner directly. He initially denied any possibility of the food being bad, even though I offered proof. He agreed to refund, but later refused, saying he sells a lot of dal makhani and “can’t believe” my claim.

I even offered him to collect the food from my place and taste it himself — which he also refused.

Finally, he just told me to “take it up with Zomato” and walked away from the issue. No accountability, no resolution.

Highly disappointed — both in the food quality and the complete lack of customer support. Avoid if you care about hygiene and...

One of the worse restaurant honestly i requested him to make it for kids food and infact paneer butter masala doesn't have red chilly use in recepie , this guy has thrown bunch of red chillies my children did not had a bite of food when i complaint about it he started fighting that i told him i am also a hotelier & a manager with 4 star hotel you didn't know a recepie of Panner Butter masala he started fighting with me and said don't teach me , so even he didn't have courtesy to change it .the potion is too small after paying 250 ruppes ,hardly u find a piece of paner in it all full of onion & red chilly gravy , i request everyone to Pls avoid this restaurant . I don't know about the service and atmosphere so I won't comment on that but... I'll share my experience when I ordered yesterday from zomato and how was the taste...

1st of all the delivery was not proper. The rice was spilt inside the cover and when I and my husband opened the dal makhani and paneer butter masala, both were sour and the paneer was stale. I tasted the paneer seperately to confirm that it was stale and it had a weird smell. The dal makhani was also sour and tasteless. This place does not serve authentic punjabi food for sure because I've tasted best punjabi food items at Dhabas and other better places than Harman. The food from this place was a disappointment.
