Read moreFriends, please stay away from Coco Goa at Arpora . |We had booked 4 rooms at the above property through booking.com a month ago with full payment .|At check in on 2/14 , we were given two (2) rooms in prime property and other two (2) in different location. The other location was with poor hygiene & in a pathetic condition ||Attaching videos and photos for other tourists to Arpora for not to be cheated.|We had to check into this poor property , as there were 4 adults and 9 small kids hungry ,tired & sleepy after a long travel from South Goa. ||Our check out was planned for next day at 11 am as travel back to Bangalore was at night . Now since there was a long gap between check out and travel back at night ,we had to keep our luggage in the cloak room or any safe place. Since they did not have a cloak room ,we took a room for 7 hours but with full payment.|Now at the time of checkout , one Mr. Manoranjan came up with funny point that there was a damage to the property limited to lipstick mark on bedsheet. As per them penalty for this instance was INR 2500/-.||Though the matter was trivial , we still requested them to show us the evidence for the mark which later turned out to be a false claim .
