Pure Punjabbi Bar Restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

I am sharing my horrific experience with this restaurant. I had ordered a Fish Combo from Swiggy which they accepted. When the delivery executive reached to pick my order,after 30 minutes into Preparing the order, the restaurant staff just declined the order saying it isn't available. I wanted to speak with the restaurant manager to understand why did they accept the order if it was not available and why did they not inform even after 30 minutes. The managed refused to speak with me and was literally shouting (which I could hear through the phone) on the delivery executive asking him to sort this with this Swiggy. I found this extremely disrespectful and called them after finding their number from Google. The same manager picked the call and instead of apologizing and proceeding with something else, he just blatantly blamed it on the software. It's a shame that such people are in the business of Hospitality in the state of Tourism. Never ordering and never going there. This experience was bitter enough. Sorry to say but, worst Biryani ever had. They have a kitchen out said of the main restaurant dining area, there is no shade in between dining area and kitchen. They even don't cover the platter of food they are serving, as it was raining so they should have covered it or used umbrella to transfer the food from kitchen to dining area. Still I was ok because it was sudden rain. But still they should maintain hygiene standards. Now about food... It was worst Biryani ever had, I even cancelled the tandoori chicken order. One more thing, the tandoor guy was also not maintain his hygiene. They have mixed Biryani rice with chicken gravy and raiyata was also like water. THE BEST NORTH INDIAN FOOD hands down. Please don’t go by the looks of the restaurant as they are not at all as flashy or attractive look wise but oh boy, their food is excellent. Have a tandoori chicken and you’ll swear by it. Have a dal and you’ll feel as if you’re back home. DO NOT FORGET to try their cheese chilli garlic naan. Its so good and can be had without any gravy. This restaurant is near calangue and baga but they deliver through swiggy throughout. My cousin works in goa so he suggested me this place and now I’m doing the same.
