Qmin Panjim, Goa — Restaurant in Goa

We’ve stayed twice at Ginger Panaji in 2024 and were pleasantly surprised with the freshly prepared seafood dishes at their restaurant/coffee shop - Qmin. Since it’s a business hotel, we didn’t have high expectations from the food spread over three meals in a day, but the breakfast buffet is scrumptious with South Indian, Continental and North Indian variety. The server staff is extremely polite and considerate of your dietary restrictions, and any extra services you might ask them to help you with. We had checked in around midnight once due to a delayed flight and by the time we arrived at the hotel, they were clearing out the buffet but upon request, they provided us with biryani, a veg sandwich (freshly prepared) and glasses of milk and coffee sent to our rooms. This place has a nice vibe but honestly they lack basic amenities that every good hotel/cafe should have in 2025. Namely alternative mill options for those that don't have dairy and simple herbal teas in the cafe.
