Shree Annapurna Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

VERY VERY BAD, PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. Never in my life have tasted such a bad quality of food. PATHETIC and HORRIBLE food. The food is completely unhygienic and not according to the standard .The staff is USELESS and did not knew how to behave . We received our order after waiting for an HOUR and it was not even worth eating. Almost everything we ordered we had to RETURN back. The OIL used in masala papad was REUSED AND HAD A SMELL and the VEGETABLES used were ROTTEN .The PANEER had a PUNGENT SMELL AND HARD TO BITE. In spite of several REMINDERS, MUSHROOM WAS ADDED IN OUR JAIN DISHES. Our children slept without eating as the food was delivered after a very long time and when we Reorder again the food was delivered late. When we went to register the complain with the manager sitting on the desk. He refused to listen to us and started arguing and also started using ABUSIVE LANGUAGE and then the heights was that he called his security who was also drunk .The staff behaved ill mannered with us .We had ladies and children in our group. But still they behaved badly and asked us to get out after abusing us. Please REFRAIN yourself from going in such a hotel where the staff abuses the guest and where there is no STANDARDS of FOOD. Good we returned our order and did not eat otherwise our children could have fall sick eating such a SUBSTANDARD QUALITY OF FOOD.. It's a life time BAD ...

Not good for anything! I came with some of my colleagues as all of us are vegetarians. We ordered two masala papad, two daal khichdi and one triple schezwan rice.

Even after 10 mins there was nothing on our table, not even masala papad! Guess what? The restaurant was not even fully occupied.

We told them multiple time to atleast give us masala papad. Then the guy comes with 3 plates of masala papad with two in each. We told him to keep only one plate as we only wanted two masala papad, the guy took all three and served on another table!

Then the waiter brought triple schezwan rice, we asked which was disgusting in taste. We asked him to serve and give spoons, he literally said "mere paas time nahi hai" and left.

We had to ask for spoons atleast 5 times! It was disgusting experience!

The taste of daal khichdi tasted okay, but I have made better daal khichdi at my...

Worst food, worst management, quality of food was tasteless the food we ordered was too salty no one can eat so we left it Other thing if u r running an restaurant so much know jain food n nonjain food how the staff serve us non jain food on our table When we were complaining about all they were not listening also we said we will not pay for what we have not ate then they started behaving rudely n started behaving like gangsters if u will not pay we will not allow u to go n all One thing i know that customer is treated as an God n here Annapurna name means too God but here they are behaving like this it was shocking it means "BIG NAME BUT SMALL PHILOSOPHY" If in Goa there is Food drug administration then plz visit this restaurant and take an strict action against them Lastly to all my friends plz plz plz guys think everything that glitters is not gold so think N not to visit...
