Red Frog: A Vibrant Beat, But a Sour Note on Service If you're looking to save money and spend it wisely, do not ignore this review. The name "Red Frog" is a misnomer; it should be "Red Cross" or "Red Flag." Let me explain why, and please bear with me. When we first arrived, the indoor music was undeniably vibrant and attractive. The DJ was playing such good songs that the dance floor was absolutely buzzing. I even ended up creating a playlist of the songs! However, the service was the worst I've ever encountered. We ordered one pizza and a drink, and the total cost for two people was ₹1500. We couldn't even finish the drink, and the pizza was so awful we only ate half of it. Despite the terrible food, we weren't initially bothered because we were enjoying the atmosphere and watching the small crowd dance. But then, a waiter came over for the second time and asked, "Sir, would you like to order anything else?" My wife politely declined. Five minutes later, a third waiter approached and directly asked my wife, "Madam, should I bring the bill?" I was genuinely taken aback. What kind of place is this, where the staff asks to bring the bill instead of offering service? I asked him why. He then told us that the seating cost was ₹8000, and that we could sit outside since we weren't ordering anything else. Not wanting to ruin our evening further, my wife and I just asked for the bill. We paid and left. There were only 11 people in the entire place, including us, and many tables were still empty. Despite the awful food, we were genuinely enjoying the music and being part of the crowd, which should attract business. However, the foolish management clearly doesn't realize that such behavior is detrimental to their own establishment. This place is incredibly cheap in quality but incredibly expensive for your pocket. There's no quality food, and the waiters lack basic manners, coming across as uncultured. Avoid it...

Read moreI am a regular visitor to Goa and especially to Baga. Went to Red Frog tonight. I was told that shack area is called Andrews and Fine Dine is known by Red Frog. I have earlier also enjoyed drinks and dinner at Andrews. This time since it has same ownership after taking drinks I went inside to Red Frogs where DJ jockey was playing punjabi and hindi DJ songs for people to dance on the floor. I wanted to talk to the DJ jockey to play one of my songs. But he ignored me as if I am not wanted in that premises. It was a very humiliating experience to me. Hope some kind of karma gives him some lesson. It is to be taken note that google map rating of Red Frog has come down to 3.7 which in itself is reflective of their poor client satisfaction. Proactive owners and managers of Red Frog please take cognisance if you do not want Red Frog to slide down further. However I really expect little from such a callous, arrogant and...
