Had gone there recently, the staff outside convinced me to come in and since it was silent unlike the other bars around I went in. The initial 1st drink of beer and a starter was fine and the sound of the beach was pleasant. Soon a group of friend's arrived and loud bollywood blasted through the silence.
I still decided to sit for a while and ordered a Feni and Limca. It came with 7 up which I would not have had if he had not already opened the bottle.
When it came time to leave I asked the staff for my bill which he seemed to calculate in his head and tell me an amount which seemed a lot higher than than 2 drinks and 1 started, so I asked him for a paper bill which he refused then forced him to tell me the break up and he charged me a cocktail rate because I asked for salt, lime and chili extra. When ordering he has asked me if he should make the cocktail and I said no I would prefer to make it myself. So when I told him he cant be charging me for a cocktail just for getting ingredients separately. I asked to speak with the manager he refused and said I have to pay the amount that he said. I walked up to the casher and only after losing my cool did they agree to only charge for the Feni and 7 up.

To sum this up, really rude staff and even the management seem to let them do...
