The Curry House — Restaurant in Goa

Best ever place to eat in North Goa. Both service and food is amazing. Loved their menu as well as it's multi cuisine diner. I highly recommend visiting this place. It's great for everyone including youth, family, kids... I admired the service of Mr. Sanju who assisted us most of the times readily which enhanced our overall experience here. Food is definitely great here but good customer service makes any place even more exceptional and this is one of the kind. Mr. Sanju is such a peach; always out there with a smiling face. And indeed, the owner of this food outlet is equally optimistic and friendly. I've attached selfies photos with him as well. :) In terms of price, I'd say it's not at expensive and even if you find it a bit expensive, as this varies person to person, you won't regret eating here. If you're perplexed, try asking the staff assisting you to recommend you a dish to order according to your taste. Their recommendations always did wonders to us and so will they do with you as well. You can also enjoy live music at certain time periods here while having your food. My all time favorite food items are "Murgh Massallam", "Kadhai Paneer", "Chicken Lollipop", and "Dal Tadka". (I might have spelled any dish's name wrongly so... you know) Do give this...

The curry house was a short walk from my hotel. So I was here at least once each day. But it's the good food, friendly staff, lively atmosphere that kept calling me back.

The staff was friendly and jolly. They always greeted guests with a smile. They waiting staff is good at handling large groups. We were a group of 13 people and they were patient with us while everyone gave their various orders. And also their service is quicker than most restaurants in Goa.

The food is good. I recommend you try their Goan fish curry and chicken tandoori. They were my favourite. The chicken was well cooked. Also, the portions are sufficient for two people. So order accordingly.

They employ singers all day long during the weekends. It creates a lively atmosphere. Curry House is a good place to spend fun times with friends and family while enjoying good food.

They have parking space for bikes. But cars have to be parked on the road.

Located on the main road that connects candolim, Baga and Calungute braches. Its a good open road side restaurant which services Indian, chinese and few goan/continental dishes. We ordered fresh lime water, spinach soup and fried rice. All the food items were good but more suited to foreigner's pallete i.e low on spices. We had to add salt to fried rice and felt pepper & garlic was needed in cream of spinach soup. I was suffering from upset stomach so the lack of spices were a benefit in disguise. They also had dal khichdi for someone in need. In all food and services were good. There was live music playing, big screen to watch sports and another screen though smaller in size playing tennis or another game. The singer had a soulful voice and we enjoyed the music. For those who want to smoke they had hookah/sheesh options as well. We are soofi and i.was sick so we didnt experiment much. Must try place for some good quality time...
