Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Goa

We ordered steamed momos and we found rat droppings (poo) 💩 in their tray served to us. We literally called the person and he was defending him and saying I'll change it. But so many outlets are opened all around with big awards and certificates and this is the cleanliness and hygiene of the porvorim kitchen outlet. Where no pest control and serving rat poo' that too not checking what they are serving to the customers. Plus he was side by side eating his lunch box and working in kitchen. That we can understand might be not getting time to eat his food, but so much negligence of cleanliness that' i will never step to that place ever again.

I ordered veg momos from here but unfortunately, I received chicken momos instead. As a vegetarian, this was a significant issue for me. I took just one bite and felt extremely uncomfortable, so I decided not to eat any more. The restaurant did apologize and offered to remake the veg momos, but the experience was still unsettling. A very big and unacceptable mistake. The waiter also said he would refund my money, but ended up paying only ₹60 and didn’t return the rest. I had an awful experience. The food was terrible completely inedible and poorly prepared. On top of that, the hygiene was shocking! The entire place had a horrible stench and was infested with flies, making it unbearable to stay.

When I asked the staff to use an air freshener, they rudely refused and showed no concern. Their attitude was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
