Wish I could give zero stars, or even negative rating

Had the worst experience of my life. The staff was so mismanaged, the place was too unclean. The washroom was not clean had very foul smell, leaking etc.

And took me 1.5 hours to get my order, just a 3 items order which literally took them to prepare in 1.5 hrs. Had to sit at their head to prepare orders, continuously telling them that this was my order and it's been over like 30 mins that I haven't received my order, also staff was not even alert for such situation, totally seemed they didn't care esp the chaat/Navratri special counter.

Staff was very very slow. Standing there even i learnt how to make few chaats in the meantime(it was that bad). The manager was clearly not managing a situation of the place having so many customers which is very obvious for a Sunday evening/night. The manager was good slow, you could see their faces how relaxed they were even after they had loads of unfinished orders at their head. All the customers alongside me had been waiting for hours, not just me each person there. Maybe these people need more staff or bigger kitchen.

Even though alot of people were waiting for their orders, staff and especially the manager were not proactive. And ofcourse the food quality would detoriate in such condition. After 1.5 hrs of waiting the food did not taste as expected, we ordered a chaat and the preparation lacked few ingredients which they missed to add, felt like I was eating plain curd which is what it only had.

Haldiram being my fav chains , because of this experience i would hesitate to go to any haldirams in the future and whish I could put a sign in front of this particular haldiram that donot ho if you don't want to ruin your day.

Distasteful navratri experience

We went to Haldiram Green Park on 3rd Apr and ordered Navratri Tandoori platter. On noting that the fruit salad was missing, i went up to the counter to ask for it. I was directed to three people at the counter and finally a server attended me with reluctance. He started asking another person inside the cooking area if fruit salad was given. I tried telling him that the item was missing and instead of being apologetic, he asked the cleaner to go up to my table and check if the fruit salad was there.

It is disgusting that your staff have such an attitude of not trusting the client and suspecting me to be asking for a second helping. His tone and mannerism was disrespectful and made me feel awful. I requested to see the Manager to lodge complaint about missing food item and staff misbehavior but he was refusing to call him. It was only when I raised my voice did he call him.

It's very sad that a brand name like Haldiram has such staff! My navratri food and the vrat mood was totally spoilt...and by the way I did not get the fruit salad.

Terrible experience ...I am a regular visitor of your outlets but now will...

NEWLY OPENED- First things first, very clean and tidy. As soon as you enter, you realise there's something different about this Haldirams. A very warm and welcoming vibe with wooden interiors and touches of Green- all of this making it quite different from the usually mundane ambience of traditional Haldiram outlets.

Ground Floor: Exclusively for Sweets/Mithai Takeaways.

First and Second Floor: Well Appointed Dining Areas with adequate attention to tidiness and hygiene. Their tables and seats are quite comfortable for a nice long meal.

Food: Takes Time to get Prepared BUT worth the wait for sure. Ordered Raj Kachorii and Pav Bhaji (pictures enclosed for your kind consideration). Both were tasty and delightful, just the way they should be. The Pav Bhajii had a rather generous dollop of Butter on top to satiate those buttery cravings.
