BAD EXPERIENCE! Not going to order again from Tossin Pizza.

Ordered the pizza at 7.45pm Prepared before 8:00pm

But somehow the delivery agent was not moving and it got frustrating He reached at 8.40pm

I got a completely cold pizza. All the fun of eating a hot pizza was gone. Had to throw the entire thing.

And while placing the order it showed 30 mins

It got delivered in 55minutes. Way beyond the time limit.

Not going to recommend to any friends. Top of that the outlet didn't pickup the call. I called thrice.

Don't eat here....have some self respect.... exorbitant prices for the so called "gourmet pizzas".... gourmet being the last word they should associate with their food. Ordered a Margherita pizza...can you imagine literally 3 components and they still mess it up....low grade commercial cheese and so skimpy with it you'll think they are rationing it for a war....runny flavorless sauce and pizza so greasy your arteries get clogged up just by looking at it and the pie was sliced so unevenly that you'll assume they are using chainsaws in the back....place has 4.4 ratings on Zomato tho apparently people like...

On 18 december failed to answer phone and took over one hour to deliver after 10 pm. Finally pizza came after over one hour and was completely cold! I order extra cheese so its hot and cheesy. Totally ruined my pizza experience. Cold and stale made over an hour ago clearly. Give me my money back! Suggest you change night manager. Typical delhi lack of consideration. Dont bother with delhi tossins. You call their number to complain and they dont answer. Rest of experiences with this chain have been good...
