Apna Barbeque Adda (Apna Adda) — Restaurant in Gujarat

We ordered veg frankie roll here with extra cheese and schezwan sauce. We started eating it and it was too dry as there was lots of potatoes and dry cheese it it. So we asked the staff to give us ketchup with it. He said that as per our policy we dont serve ketchup with frankie roll. So we tried to eat the frankie roll again so that we can develop taste. However, it was too dry. Because of that we had to take sip of coke with every bite so that we can swallow it.

We again requested for ketchup that we need it in order to complete it. We said that we will pay for the extra ketchup pouches. He said that "I cant give, it will not go with our frankie roll and if you didnt like it i suggest you not to come here from next time".

After hearing these lines we felt that what is this, how can he say something like this to the customers. Everybody's tastebuds are different. If we need ketchup you can just suggest that it will not go with it but I will give it to you. But you cant say something like this that dont visit from next time.

And Yes we didn't like it at all and the staff's behaviour was pathetic.

He gave 3 pouches of ketchup after asking for it multiple times.

This is not acceptable in food industry businesss. How can anybody treat their customer like this and say things like this.

I recently visited the newly opened Apna Barbeque Adda at Paldi with my Buddies, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of starter dishes that were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every bite was a delight!

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The ambiance was best and inviting, making us feel comfortable throughout. The staff were incredibly cooperative and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great Snacks and impeccable service. We will definitely be returning for more!

Again We visited and tried the Szechwan Mayo Grill Sandwich, Exotic Pizza, and Irish Coffee here. The entire group thoroughly enjoyed it and had a fantastic time. The taste was superb! It's a great place to relax and enjoy...

Food serve here is too good I can go there daily but it's costly too they serve you and make your dishes in front of you so you can guide or personalise your plate as per your taste. Service is also good but no chairs and tables available for having food on that spot we have to sit here and their. And most annoying thing was that random guy's or you can say beggers continuously pinning you for food and keep staring at you...
