I recently ordered a cake from Cakes and Backes, expecting to receive a 500-gram cake of my chosen flavor. Unfortunately, the cake I received was not only the wrong flavor but also weighed only 250 grams. This was a huge disappointment, as it was meant for a special occasion, and the size and flavor were crucial. When I reached out to the owner to address the issue, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a solution, the owner did not seem to care about correcting the mistake. This lack of professionalism made an already frustrating experience worse. The cake and other items were as always amazing. Been ordering from them for years now.

It is my grandmothers bday and so I was trying to order for a home delivery cake online like I did the previous years since my parents and I live outside the country. But the payment screen won’t provide bank transfer or PayPal details. Called the number listed and no answer. After trying for 3 days had to give up and go through Zomato.

It’s ridiculous. Please fix it. Or at least make a link to be redirected to Zomato so this hassle...
