The menu features a variety of dishes from all over India, including North Indian, South Indian, and Mughlai dishes. The restaurant also offers a selection of vegetarian dishes, breads, Juices and desserts. The restaurant group has a history commencing from 1976, with Vijay Restaurant now known as Vijay Chaar Rasta. Jahanvee was established in 1980 and is in service since then. The premises has a contemporary, quiet, and understated look. I had a sumptuous vegetarian Thali and a Butterscotch icecream ThumsUp Float which was unique This drink is a fun and delicious way to enjoy the combination of a classic Indian cola with a popular ice cream flavor. Highly recommended 👌 👍🏻

We ordered food from Zomato from Jahnvee Restaurant for 8 to 9 people. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was very disappointing. The butter rotis were either undercooked or overcooked and not edible. The kofta sabzi had pieces that felt like chicken, which was very off-putting. The paneer in the paneer butter masala was over-roasted and hard. The French fries were extremely bad — completely black and over-fried. When I called the restaurant to raise these concerns, the person I spoke to did not provide a satisfactory response. He simply said that they serve the same quality in the restaurant as well, which is very disappointing. Based on this experience, I personally would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. Please avoid it.

This is one of the oldest operating restaurants in the city with food excelled in both the quality and the quantity along with on par service. There was no time delay for the menu, once the food choices were confirmed, the mouth watering hot food is serviced with care on the table in just a few minutes.

So we visited today! On 12th September 2019. I wish I can use more worst words if I knew for the food they serve! Tomato soup had really bad smell. We ordered macaroni without pineapple initially they served with almond when we told them to change second time they served with pineapple. We ordered one paneer sabzi and one veg kohlapuri Both were pathetic! There were hardly 20 people waiting for lunch still they took so long as they had only one waiter to serve!!!! NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!! DIdnt have such pathetic...
