Big Scoop Cafe ( House of Boba and Coffee ) — Restaurant in Gujarat

I was eager to try out Bubble Tea or Boba Tea, hence I found reference of this cafe couple of months back from my brother. Atlast, today along with my friend, we finally went to try Bubble tea. As the concept is totally new in the city, we were excited.

There a number of flavours available here. There are Milk Tea, Fruit Tea, Milkshakes, Cold Brew and Cold Coco available too. We tried Tora Cream Milk Tea. Vanilla icecream was used as a base, amul cream was added afterwards with milk for smoothening and thickening and some essence powder is used. The glass is served with Boba beans at the bottom, some liquid chocolate and the milk mix which is prepared above. Boba beans are actually small black round spongy balls made from tapioca. The taste was delicious and can easily be shared between two persons. Price: 180 Rs

Though the price is high according to me, a group of 2 can share it to economise it. All people should try this new concept being developing...

There are rarely one or two place where one can find boba tea. Tried this after seeing a lot of photos on Instagram by food bloggers and getting recommendations by our followers on Instagram. I had more expectation with boba tea but happy that at least someone introduced it in town. They have also partnered up with MomoMasters and they have really good momos. 👌
