I have being regular customer since long. But recently faced pathetic experiences couple of times. First ,staff here is very rude and they literally don't care for customers. We ordered a cofee orange thick shake and it was horrible in taste as if we were tasting a medicine.It neither had a cofee taste nor orange. On complaining to guy handling preparations, he literally ignored and said aisa hi aata hai, it's not our mistake. I asked him to just have a look into the taste to which he totally denied the request as if they can't commit a mistake from there side.it was such an arrogant attitude. It was very disappointing experience. I just left the cofee and asked him to throw away in dustbin.But still , there was not a single expression of regret or gratutide was there.Not seen such a behavior till now. Literally local brands are no where compared to other national and international brands. They just proved local is local only.They just don't care...

Cheers This place is best to have thick shake in the city. They are in the market since mid 19s and make awesome shake.

Recommendation from my side is definitely for Sitafal shake Very berry shake Strawberry shake For a chocolate lover every shake is perfect but this are the recommendation for fruits lover people.(thank me later for this)

This place provide little decent sitting arrangements although its an open market area.(N.M market) (Which convert to food zone in night)

And for value for money i'll also give a five star as well because shakes are really good.

We are very old customer of here, and visited after a very long time, and we ordered one chocolate fudge softy cone and one sugar cane juice. A worse experience was it actually first of all sugar cane juice was stinking and stale I would not offer to a street dog that thing so how would a human being would conserve it and in softy cone fudge was not seen anywhere and they call a simple chocolate sauce as fudge and when I asked about fudge their answer was 'fudge everywhere else is different and we have different recipe.' now from where a great hard secret recipe came in a simple fudge chocolate softy cone.
