City Gold Multiplex- Ashram Road — Local services in Gujarat

In my city many have multiplexer but my favourite is city gold. Airlift is my first movie. it is nice movie. And multiplex is nice but problem is many of people who throws popcorn paper to anywhere and enjoy ?????? this is a bad habit of Indian peoples. All are not like that but some are doing this. But multiplexer I have never forget. I had some precious time at that place. because I watched a lot movies with my friends at that theatre. my college was very near to that theatre and we frequently visited that place. my some of the good memories are stored with that place.

first of all I will appreciate the staff of that cinema it is very corresponding and very friendly. they know how to make customers happy and how to serve them.

that city gold cinema is world class and have all the necessary things and some of the extra ordinary things than other theatres.

I like the sound system and sitting arrangement the most the entrance is in the middle of the sitting arrangement and the sitting capacity is great all the screens are big and have very huge sitting capacity.

the sound system is world class so I love to watch Hollywood movies at that place always.

and you will get comparatively good ticket price at that theater and the food courts are also not looting like other theatres. so this theatre is pocket friendly too,

the screen's picture quality is also really very good and you will get fully air-conditioned screen with very comfortable sitting.

moreover the public visiting at that theatre is not local. mostly good mannered and educated public visit that place. so you need not to worry about unnecessary shouting.

they need to improve their building structure. it has become out dated. and the sitting lounge has also become outdated. they should need to renovate both the things.

and they should also start m-tickets like pvr cinemas and cinema to save time of movie watchers.

and should also need to improve the toilet also.

but to watch movie with comfort and good sound system I will always suggest that theatre. As it near my house I always prefer to watch movies there.

The building is great by surrounding and environment.

The ambience is so great as compared with ticket prices.

The ticket prices are good as compared to others movie theatres.

the sound quality is also very good.

The picture quality is awesome.

It has big screens and good speakers.

The food provided is also good.

Its a value for money place and the staff is also...

Worst multiplex(we may have to rephrase this term) I have ever visited in my life. 😕 On April 9th 2023, husband and I visited this building which is in a dilapidated state to watch an English movie. We reached after booking tickets online on book my show. The movie timing was 10:30pm. Since my husband was having a plaster on his leg, we reached at 9:45 pm to be on the safer side. On reaching the place, having no clue where to start with, we approached the reception/ counter guy. Mind it, it was not crowded and he could clearly see my husband limping. The guy treated us with a few curt or rude replies as to we should wait, that we shouldn't go upstairs, blah blah blah, a big list of restrictions. At one point I even wondered if he is the real owner seeing the contempt and authority with which he is speaking with customers. Yet we obeyed what he said and sat there right in front of him occupying the only 3 chairs available. Once it was 10:15, we approached this guy again. He said we should go to the left side entrance. We obeyed. On reaching there, the security over there said it is upstairs and we should take lift. Seeing a "lift not available" board on one of the lift, I kept trying the other one. On asking this same counter guy,he said, we should be trying the other one. Now, there comes the lift, it opens and we were greeted by a 25 year old guy with loads of disrespect and was shooed away. Now, we went back to the first guy, who again with so much contempt gives us rude replies. Worst was yet to come, after all this, to our shock, with least regard for our time, he tells us that the show is going to be cancelled. 😈 Easy... Lol!! 😁🤣 Do they value the time of their customers? Are they really here to serve us? Suddenly, out of the blue, a calm person appears trying to empathize with us. After letting him know our concern we left without watching the movie. 😊 They treated us as if we were there to avail a free service. Being uneducated is not an excuse for being unruly or contempt. It was a very special day for us. We didn't want our fabulous day to end on a very bad note. But nothing could dampen our spirits and thus we made better plans aiming for a much better place. :) We headed towards another...

Good multiplex since many years in this area.. Comfortable seats and good look..

But there are 3 worst things to count.. The washrooms are never clean.. Its always stinky and dirty inside.. Half of the washrooms are always dirty inside and hence there are lines for the clean ones, during movie interval hours.. I don't understand why these multiplexes do not consider washrooms as a part of their own multiplex and why don't they consider themselves responsible to offer clean washrooms to the customers..?? When they sell 25/- ₹ costing popcorn at ₹350/- and more, can't they afford to keep proper cleaning staff for the washrooms..??!!!

Lift issue - Their lift/elevator doesn't take you to or from the basement parking.. Why..?? They count electricity bill here, when they are charging 30/- ₹ per fourwheeler..?? They get enough revenue from parking itself.. Then why no facility of lift from parking basement to 1st floor..? You have to climb the stairs from basement to ground floor and then you climb a lot of stairs again till 1st floor, only to sometimes know that your screen is on 2nd floor..!!! Then you get an elevator from 1st floor to 2nd floor..!! When you already have an elevator why not run it from basement to all floors..?? What about elders, and those who have foot issues..??

Lastly, the most common issue in almost all multiplexes, and this too, is that after the movie finishes, if you want to go to washroom, you are not allowed..!! How is that..??!! You have to compulsorily exit from their defined exit gates only.. You request Generously that you need to go to washroom, but you are stuburnly not allowed to go, by the so called security staff.. And then they say that you can go to a washroom below, which has no lights, which is too much stinky and the iron door doesn't close even.. That washroom is like a ghost place with spider webs and termite houses..!!!

Finally , you forget what movie you...
