Cream 'N' Crust — Restaurant in Gujarat

Okay. So, this is my go-to place, at least once in every three days. It is worth the price, adjacent to The Dough Company and Monjinis, its price range lies between the two of them, and the taste, better than both of them. Pastries, cakes, choco lava cakes, they're all good. The icecreams, best ever. I haven't found a lot of good bakeries or specific dessert shops in Surat and is fairly among my favourites. Eggless items, all of them. That's a perk. However, if you care a lot about your sweet tooth, a fair warning. The chocolate cakes here have a very thick consistency, always. It's more like actual chocolate from a chocolate bar than chocolate icing. That's a little turn off for cakes. The non chocolate flavours are a little too sweet. Welcome to Gujarat. But, always the best you get here. Anyway, whenever in doubt, go for an ice cream. This still is, my favourite basic dessert...

I had a very bad experience. I had bought a chocolate walnut pastry from their parle point branch . It did not taste good at all, and it was not fresh..The sponge was also very hard and it did not taste fresh at all.. not just me I made my friends also taste and they too felt the same..I would never again order anything from here..Being such a reputed bakery I expected there pastries to be fresh n soft but the one I ordered was not at all the way...

Worst Experience Ever!!! I bought cake for my sister's birthday and they served me with unfresh cake. The bread tasted sour. When l went back the very next day.The manager asked me "What's the major problem?" Instead of apologizing they accused me that l had consumed half of the cake and they can't do anything . The conduct of the manager named Priyanka was rude and misses social conduct. Terrible experience !!!
