Domino's Pizza | Satellite, Ahemdabad — Restaurant in Gujarat

I recently dined at this establishment, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. Here's a brief review:

Pizza Base Issue: The first disappointment was with the food. The pizza base was clearly not properly baked. It lacked the desired crispiness, leaving it rather doughy and undercooked in the center. This was quite disappointing as a properly baked pizza crust is fundamental to a good pizza.

Service Mishap: Another area of concern was the service. When I placed my order, I distinctly mentioned my name as Narendra, but to my surprise, the staff person wrote it down as Karan. Attention to detail is crucial in the service industry, and such errors can be quite frustrating for customers.

Atmosphere and AC Trouble: The overall atmosphere of the place also fell short of expectations. The air conditioning system appeared to be malfunctioning, with water leaking from the AC unit. This not only made the ambiance uncomfortable but also raised concerns about hygiene and maintenance standards.

In conclusion, my dining experience was marred by issues with the food, service, and atmosphere. Properly baked pizza bases, accurate customer name recording, and well-maintained facilities are basic expectations in any dining establishment. I placed my order through swiggy at 2 12 pm. Then i recieve a call from dominos at 2 34 that order will be delayed 30 min, so i accept to wait. Then also i get it at 3 40 pm, after 1 45 min of initial order and 1 hr of the call. Still i don't say anything, but when i receieve the order i get misplaced items and pizza were cold and stale. And they are giving me no customer service. And also swiggy is also not answering. They are not replacing the order nor are they giving me refund. I regularly order from dominos and this only happens in the wide angle dominos. All other branches deliver good food, but i have faced this issue with wide angle dominos multiple times. Now onwards i am never going to order from here as they do not adress to customer complaints. After, all this finally they agreed to replace the items and guess what, they again repeated same mistake and gave me wrong order. They also did not give me sealed items. And to top of it all staff switched off their mobile phones and plus the delivery executive that delivered rang our house bell without stopping continously and harassed us. Particularly, the staff of wide angle dominos outlet is very unprofessional and rude. They have the worst...

Every time I order something they always have excuses ready, I don't know they want to serve or not ? Each time when I visit this dominos franchise I get a response like this!?

1. Tomatoes are not available so replace them with Corn pizza
2. Online Payment not available please provide cash
3. Cash Payment not Available please do Online also card mechine is off so please give change in cash.!

none of the other dominos do this except this one ,

Now today something new happened, even after posting the 4 Course meal @99 benner outside, they said that's not available now then I said please make pizza mania if any pizza available because showing online that you are able to take order online , then the counter person said none of pizza mania available too , please order above 299

One more thing after listening to this, I just sat in the chair to order online, then the counter person came up and said sir, online order not available please order on the counter , WHAT'S NONSENSE IS THIS ?
