Funpoint Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

Organized birthday party there.. the issue was there about the balloon decoration. at the time of booking we confirm that we can do it or not. they said yes..but on the day when we were doing it.. he told us to do only on poles.. not elsewhere.. and it was clash.. i strongly asked him about the day of booking.. and he said yes now he was saying another story of only using the poles, which were hardly i think 8 or so. how can that be possible?

The politeness in response was missing.. that disgust me a lot.. even when i told that i would like to cancel the party then.. in no time of seconds.. he responded.. "YES... NOT A PROBLEM.... " and he said its "my agarbatti time and i am fighting with him".. so what.. he has to care his agarbatti time a lot more than my party which he has a commitment... wow ! then he replied the person who booked your party has he said to use roof and all? i said no.. it wasnt mentioned.. neither he told us clearly to use only poles.. I also said that yes we know no one allows and that is the reason we ask at the time of booking so later it cannot be an issue but now, to sort the matter as your area is made of wood partition and iron roof.. its possible to clean later.. and if you want you can take extra money as now its not our fault that you didnt clear it with us.. i also told that i can also help to clean.. if you wish.. dont ruin the mood.. of party as the guests are arriving anytime soon.. but he wasnt in a mood to sort out..

My brother and a photographer.. ( thanks to them..) also insisted.. as i was crying about this.. but he didnt listen to them too..

later when my husband along with cake came he asked about the person who booked so he can sortout.. with him what to do next. then he replied.. that person might be sleeping..so my husband asked.. ok so let me know what should we next ? .. and he gave an idea.. of using some kind of thread or ribbion and tie balloons and use it.. so Lastly my husband some how manage to clear with him and we were able to continue.

So why this much drama over this little thing ? as i gave all the options too.. and on top when it was your fault too.. the ignorance and kind of customer care i received few mins of my party.. i would not recommend this people anymore and ya.. the roof and wood partition which he wasnt allow us to use.. wasnt cristal clear.. you can see all the dust and spider webs all over.. so it wasnt even worthful.. to make a big deal on this.. anyway.. the cleaning was needing anyway..

just because he gave us an idea to use ribbon for tieing balloons and some how delivered his promise of good service in food.. i am rating them 2 otherwise very disappointing...

MEXICAN BHEL PRESENT WITH FURIT BUT KIND ODD CONNECTION WITH FRUIT N MAXICAN BHEL U CAN USE CABBAGE FOR IT SUITS. IT IS ALSO OILY TOO. BABY CORN POTATO TASTE WISE SOO GOOD MUST TRY. CHOCOLATE BACK DISH WAS DIFFRENT COMBATION BUT ONLY FOR CHOCOLATE LOVER CAN TRY.

Fun Point restaurant is 11 year old restaurant as owner told us. The place is amazing,well decorated and both outside & inside seating arrangements. Property is quite bigger. You can arrange small parties their as they have lawn area also they have playing area for kids. You can enjoy your meal with amazing fountains and green view. Overall well maintained place. They have many cute rabbits too.

They serve each dishes very nicely with awesome cutting of vegetables and fruits. The soups were average. Rajwadi Kabab was unique kabab.with unique style. Mexican bhel was nice but little oily. Baby corn potato salt Pepper was also unique item but I personally liked it. It was very nice in taste. Chocolate baked dish was tasty but it was like some people liked it and some not. If you like chocolate flavour food you will like it.

As the main course, North Indian food is very famous of this restaurant. Both sabji paneer tufani and tawa Mehfil delicious. In paneer tufani paneer was very soft and fresh. And in tawa Mehfil Vegetable were properly cooked and chopped very well. Hariyali naan and butter kulcha both were very soft and nice.

The dum biryani was amazing, fragrance and taste both were amazing.

Overall experience was very nice. Staff and owner both are very kind and supportive. Must visit this place.
