I wish I can give negative especially for Owner.

This cafe really disappoint customers, by asking them to order again and again after 40 min and they consider your order time and not time you receive food.

And if you ordered a tea which is legit on menu, the owner comes and gives “Gyaan” on how will cafe can recover cost if only tea is ordered (which of Rs 40/-), started giving example of tea stall and their prices. Like seriously is this guy out of his mind. If you don’t want customer to order such items then why it is on menu at first place.

Above that when I told its on menu and I didn’t wanted to order something more as I was full and visited after my dinner then this crazy owner started arguing with me in front of other customers that since 40 min you are sitting so we have to recover cost of investment so you have to order more that tooo of more value and not just Tea. To which I told that I’m full and don’t want to order more so I’ll leave in 5 min (as I was working on something) so he said that I’m taking on my Ego… seriously such a pathetic mindset and rude behaviour. This literally felt personal insult in front of other customers.

And how that’s ego, you can’t force everyone to order more than what they want. If that sooo, don’t keep it on menu at the first place. Basic simple common sense. After this conversation with me he didn’t stop he went to all and asked to order again (even though they might have ordered more than 500 or 600) his non sense reason was its already 40 min so you have to order, how we can recover this cost. I think he is first and last kind of cafe owner I’m seeing. In front of me 3 couples left as they also felt like insult even after ordering for 600.

In your cafe we are not really coming to eat because food is not at all of the quality expected, so if we are coming, we are coming for a vibe, to hangout or maybe work for sometime. That doesn’t mean we should be forced to order something of higher value. If you have 40 min rule, that has been followed but then if you come and ask us to order for higher value is highly unreasonable. Also there wasn’t the case where you had long long waiting of customer outside your cafe and the table was not made available to them.

Kindly find new and better investor who can guide with good ROI options rather than suggesting you ask customers to order higher value. In case of any help let me know, I’ll find you one.

Such a disappointing place. And this is not the cafe we are visiting first time either in Ahmedabad, India or any other country in the world.

Owner should know some communication skills and basic etiquettes.

This happened with me when I visited for 3rd time and I literally donated him 150 by ordering pizza though I didn’t wanted too. This 150 will help him in recovering the cost of cafe.

Also in my first two visits I found few things off. On the first day why I went to this cafe was for simple reason, I was on my way home and it was raining in that I got some important client meeting so I stopped at Vijay Char rasta and above only I read this cafe. I went.

I did my meeting meanwhile I ordered tea again as I was on my way home my dinner was ready so I ordered tea. However my work got extended by 30-40 min, during that time I felt whenever I was getting on call, background music voice was increased. Second time I visited again with some reason and I experienced same thing, in which staff started coming again and again.

Now worst thing happened today (wherein I decided to go somewhere else but cafe on same floor was full and didn’t had time to go somewhere else) as soon as I went there and started fan, staff came and said this fan is loose and you sit somewhere else, I didn’t find good place to sit so I continued at same place. Now as I was feeling hot, I stood and checked the fan because just before that when I opened my bag and was about to open laptop they increased volume of music to another level. Now when I checked fan, it was completely fine and no screw was loose. So ultimately this people don’t care....

I visited 2 times here at the first time the service was looked neutral and we have ordered garlic bread and one Mohito which was ok ok second time we ordered combo of pizza garlic bread and colddrink in which they give coke but in the glass it was water more than the coke it self . The worst come I have ever drunk After we got our fold on the table the shocking thing happened the manager came and told that there is self service ( there is not any sign board of that and neither he have informed us to collect the good by on our own) there is also other people's were there whom they have given food on the table but he haven't ilr anything to them he just told us only and I personally felt insulted and then we left the place and i said there is no sign board or neither you have told us it you have told us we have taken by our own.
