K's Charcoal — Restaurant in Gujarat

I have visited this place multiple times, and every time I have enjoyed the pizza. They have an amazing menu as well. However, recently, during my last visit, my experience was the worst. The service was poor; we had to call the waiter every time for everything, including seasonings that should be served with the pizza. Some of the items we ordered were not served until we called the waiter again. The pizza size was much smaller than usual, even though the prices remained the same, and it was not cooked properly. All the vegetables were undercooked and raw. The amazing experience turned into a bizarre one.

4 Feb 2024 Visited today, thought may be they have improved the quality. This is the second time we received poor quality pizza from this place. We have visited five times in total. The first two experiences were fantastic; the pizza, mocktails, garlic bread, and pasta were all superb in terms of quality and quantity. However, during the last two visits, we decided not to continue with this place. The experiences were very disappointing. They even increased the prices of pizzas by around ₹200, and the quality has significantly declined.

During our visit today, we found that there was no cheese in the pizza, minimal veggies in the veggie green pizza, and they had stopped serving the sauce that used to accompany the pizza. Paying ₹850 for such a pizza feels like getting a plain roasted roti, and it's not worth it. While the staff is very cooperative, a restaurant with poor food quality doesn't make sense. We're puzzled as to why they have devalued the money and food quality. We had recommended this place to many friends, but now we don't think we would recommend...

Have been here thrice. Twice just to eat their brownie waffle.Good place, good ambience, good service, overall had a nice experience. The alfredo pasta, hand stretched garlic bread, pepper paneer pizza I found ok in taste (normal, nothing great). The Greek salad and roasted tomato bruscheta was bad (I personally did not like the taste, too bland n dry salad, tasteless bruscheta). What I loved was the mushroom heaven pizza (normal crust) and the chocolate brownie circle waffle was awesome (especially for a dessert lover like me) . I ordered their nutella n Marshmellow sauce sandwich (which included only kiwi as a fruit addition) and I liked it for its different taste (more of a dessert sandwich, my family did not like it though). What I loved about the place was its ambience (and it's waffle) and as it was a Monday, the place was not too full so service was good. They have pancakes, mocktails and coffee too.its probably an awesome place for dessert n coffee. The best part is its huge, 2 floors, not very noisy as other dessert n coffee places usually are. I only wish I had read the Google reviews instead of zomato ones, so I would have ordered more correctly. A special mention for our server vishal\hemal. They were kind enough to give me half margarita and half mushroom pizza in a pizza combo as I had a 8 year old who has only eats margarita though they did charge me for the higher priced pizza (which I was told so no issue there) . Will definitely go there again just to have their waffle...
