The place is quite different to other restaurant as the ambience is that of a club with colorful disc floor in centre small fountain beside and bar on the side.

Food is good but quantity is too much as we ordered a sizzler after 1 bbq starter for 2 of us but could not finish. Mocktail was lovely which was named Bodyguard.

Service really need improvement as while serving the bbq starter d server dropped a piece of paneer on floor though he gave another but i feel as a restaurant staff its d basic dt needs 2 b taken care of. Also inspite of telling that i dnt need veggies to b served in my plate from the sizzler, he still served me so had 2 tell again.

Also since its in city, there were families and few guys who made the place so noisy dt it gt irritating after a point so avoid weekends if u want quite place.

I m very hard fan of k krunchy republic and oftenly used to visit. Quick service and delicious food are main quality of the restaurant. However, after coming online order service like zomato, swiggy...the management is not able to maintain service for visited customers. They are very much busy to take online order instead of in restaurant service to customer.

Today we had visited k krunchy around 9 pm and ordered our food at 9.15 pm.. actually we have experienced that food was served within 30 min. But today due to online service order we have waited for more than 1.30 hour. We left restaurant at 11.30 pm..see the duration of time we seated there. We have observed poor service too. No waiter available to serve.

Worst experience ever...
