The Blue Oven — Restaurant in Gujarat

If you like indianized pizzas or sizzling brownies for dessert... This place is clearly not for you.

This place screams authentic, gourmet and fine.... fine dining.

Had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Blue Oven in Rajkot! This restaurant truly has it all - delicious food, fantastic service, and a great atmosphere.

Starting with the bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, it's clear that Blue Oven's chefs have a real talent for preparing fresh and flavorful dishes. And the Mexican salad was the perfect way to balance out those rich flavors.

Of course, the real stars of the show were the veg overload pizza and pesto pasta, which were both absolutely amazing.

It's not just the food that sets Blue Oven apart, though - the service and atmosphere are also top-notch.

From the fast service to the humble and friendly staff, everyone at Blue Oven truly cares about making sure their guests have a great experience. And I have to say, the masala thumsup (We replaced thumsup with diet coke) and cranberry fizz were the perfect accompaniments to a delicious meal.

But of course, no meal is complete without a great dessert, and Blue Oven really delivers in that department as well. The tiramisu cheese cake and raspberry white chocolate cheesecake both were absolutely heavenly - I'm getting hungry just thinking about them! All in all, The Blue Oven is truly deserving of all the praise. It's not often that you come across a restaurant that hits all the right notes, but it seems like Blue Oven has really nailed it. I really wish the food and service standards remain consistent. Looking forward to many more visits here...

The Blue Oven... Though late but went to this place as I wanted to visit this place from soo long... Looks very promising but they were average in my expectations when I went their with my wife... I was a bit disappointed as per my expectations.

We had

1. Classic Mint Mojito Rs.175, which was really good, we have instructed them to give in normal temperature and they did justice to that , we loved their Mojito. Rating 5/5

2. Burrito Bowl Rs.395 , Quality was good ,they served us Nachos Chips with Lemon Cilantro buttered rice , spicy Kidney Beans, Tomato Salsa ❤️❤️, Tangy Jalapeños salsa 💚💚, Cream Cheese, Corn and Lettuce. Both the Salsa were Fab but the qty were a bit low. I just don't liked the flavour of Kidney Beans preparation as it was spicy but Bland with no other recognizable taste. Rating 3/5

3. Pink Sauce Penne Pasta Rs.365. The Pasta were perfectly cooked in Pink sauce with Bell peppers and Olives but the flavour again was very average, they could have done better with this. Rating 3.5/5

Though I am going to visit this place again cause I wanna try there Spaghetti Aglio Olio, Spaghetti Puttanesca, tear and share Garlic Bread and their Cheese cake.

For fresh dough pizza lovers, this place is great. There are three crusts to choose from classic, wheat and thin.

Open kitchen concept for pizza making gives visuals what and how the food is being prepared and served. Cleanliness and hygiene maintained everywhere.

Food: First, tried, Tear and Share garlic 🧄 bread 🍞 with cheese. The portion was large enough and delicious as it contains balanced flavours of garlic, herbs, butter 🧈 and cheese.

I tried veggie overload with a classic crust. This was an interesting pizza as toppings contain red onions, sun dried tomatoes, corn 🌽 and mushroom 🍄. Pizza was cooked so well that the outer side of crust was even crispy from the outside and soft from the inside.

Another order was, Spaghetti aglio olio, The preparation was good and served cherry tomatoes and basil leaves with fried garlic and chilli flakes.
