Kaffee Mast Hai! — Restaurant in Gujarat

We regularly visit leading and other cafe's in Ahmedabad and outside Ahmedabad.

We visited this cafe first time yesterday it was most disgraceful and pathetic experience .

We left cafe feeling humiliated.

Lack of Professionalism. Lack of Service. Very expensive as compared to 5 star hotel and other leading cafe's. We had few dishes food quality was good will not say excellent at all. Manager and waiters time and again approaching for order, as they want to get rid of customer. In an hour, every 10 to 15 minutes we were approached if there is anthing to order???? I have not faced such humiliation any where else not even in small tea shop. Lack of crockery. No plates provided or very minimal. No special spoons for ice creams in big glass. It was once said we are out of crockery. Place is noicy, total lack of management. They proudly say we are open 24 hours, but want horrible and humilitating experience for us. Manager and waiter indulge into argument and blames customers.

We were not able to enjoy food or coffee.

Other cafe joints are far better and value for money. You can enjoy with peace, they understand customer privacy, service, time and have attitude towards service. They strive for customer satisfaction.

Food Bloggers and expert should really visit this place and experience.

But the true highlight was the food and service. The waiters were incredibly knowledgeable and honest with their suggestions. They helped us navigate the portions perfectly, ensuring we had enough without over ordering - a refreshing change from sales tactics.

The food itself was phenomenal. The Mexican Hot Pot Rice Bowl and Paneer with Paratha were absolute standouts. The paratha was unlike anything I've tasted before, fluffy and perfectly cooked. Even if you're a Chole Kulcha fan, give this combo a try!

I would revisit this place for sure.

This is a very cool place to hang out with your friends and for coffee dates, they also have cricket screenings and have a lovely vibe. It's a 24/7 Cafe which is a big pro. I recently visited this Cafe again and it have gotten better alot.
