I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at KFC CG Road, and I must say it was a deeply disappointing one. From start to finish, my visit left me with a sour taste in my mouth, and not just because of the chicken.
First and foremost, the staff at this establishment are nothing short of abysmal. It's as if they were trained to be indifferent and unhelpful. The lackluster service began the moment I walked in the door, with employees who appeared more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. When I attempted to place an order online through popular platforms like Swiggy and Zomato, I was met with the frustration of unresponsiveness. Their phone line was perpetually unavailable, making it impossible to confirm my order or inquire about its status. This lack of accessibility is utterly unacceptable for a restaurant in this day and age.
Moreover, the treatment of delivery riders and customers was disgraceful. The staff spoke to riders in a brusque and disrespectful manner, as though they were doing them a favor by even acknowledging their presence. This level of rudeness reflects a complete lack of professionalism and common courtesy.
Furthermore, the most glaring issue of all was the quality of the food. The chicken I received was not only tasteless and dry, but it also seemed as though it had been sitting around for hours. The pieces were pale and unappetizing, clearly lacking the freshness that one would expect from a well-established fast-food chain like KFC. It's disheartening to see such a renowned brand let its standards slip to such a deplorable level.
Lastly, the lack of staff was palpable throughout my visit. Tables were left uncleaned for extended periods, and the few employees present seemed overwhelmed and incapable of handling the workload. This lack of manpower significantly impacted the overall experience and added to the sense of chaos and disarray.

I had places order for chicken zinger box and I was served with rotten chicken wings. I raised a complaint to the Supervisor and you know what was her response? She said only the wings are rotten right hope rest is fine, there is no apologies no gestures. May be for her it was normal thing to eat rotten chicken. Again they changed the chicken wings you know what again it was served rotten, nobody bothered to take the feedback and took the complaint of serving rotten chicken seriously. Note: this KFC at Ambawadi is below the standard of regular KFC, may be they do not work according with their SOPs, they do not greet their customers or they have smile in their face. Assuming that he'd do something right there I gave him the phone and unlocked it. To my surprise he walked away with my phone. I followed him. He went behind the counter behind the door. To my surprise I saw him taking a survey, I said "isn't this a survey I should be taking? How can you take a survey which I should take ? " He said that a customer survey and this is different.
