Worst Burger king branch ever. Inefficient staff. If you ask someone to clean the table, they say to sit at another table or move away without any response. The management is very poor, despite having big staff they aren't able to manage things well. They want people to stay in long rows for half hour to prioritize online orders (Especially Swiggy and Zomato). They don't stop taking online orders despite having so many waiting orders at that place. Second, they charge more than McDonald's or any other brand. So, if you buy a Crispy burger, they charge ₹159 + 18%GST, Which is too high compared to Other brands. Also, this place is too small compared to McDonald's, which is the next shop to Burger King, and there was very hot inside the restaurant, and they took time to deliver our order without any invoice !!
Some other Reasons: The fast food place is no longer fast because of Limited counters for ordering (only 1). As the entire menu is unavailable, new people get confused in order, increasing the size of the lines, and they aren't responding well. No invoice, No tokens..... How am I supposed to check for my order status - Going there every 5 minutes for the same. The management needs to change, or soon the place will have no customers. I had to wait one hour today for my order.
So, if you are thinking of coming here on holidays or Sundays or with a big family, Try to avoid it OR you are welcome to waste 2 hours at least....

Best interior, competitive pricing in the menu. Giving a tough competition to the renowned, loved and classic burger franchise McDonald's. Time will tell for how much they are gonna keep prices this low.
This place do attracts trendy crowd, this won't get you any fancy variety but heya guys.. this is light on pocket at the same time, which i think is the best part for the college students getting fixed pocket money.
Lesser price doesn't compromise with quality here, where at the same time i agree the fact that not all franchise owner practice same quality standards everytime. This one was also decent as every other Bks.
The staff must get a special mention here because THEY WERE POLITE, Guys, i loved them because they were not getting frustrated by me and my partner gazing throughout the menu asking about what to eat and what not. I don't know whether it was due to less walk in or whatever, they stole...

Kramer and his wife's uncle Matthew Burns), who had purchased the rights to two pieces of equipment called "Insta-machines", opened their first restaurants. Their production model was based on one of the machines they had acquired, an oven called the "Insta-Broiler". This strategy proved to be so successful that they later required all of their franchises to use the device.[9 After the company faltered in 1959, it was purchased by its Miami, Florida, franchisees, James McLamore and David R. Edgerton. They initiated a corporate restructuring of the chain, first renaming the company Burger King. They ran the company as an independent entity for eight years (eventually expanding to over 250 locations in the United States), before selling it to the Pillsbury...
