I ordered a pasta and a frappe: The penne rose pasta had a hair, literally, A HAIR. No hyperbole but it wasn't even a head hair for real to be blunt, it was very short, curled, looking at the sight that I'm eating that pasta since 5 mins now, I felt like vommitting, God's sake.

The mocha frappe that i ordered was also just simple semi thick coffee with Hershey chocolate syrup mixed in it, it had NOTHING to do with frappe, when i tried to explain that this is SO NOT A FRAPPE; all they answered was, this is how they make their frappes with coffee vanilla icecream and syrup, i mean come on, who are you fooling? That's not a frappe at all.

I didn't get the pics to be unfortunate, but it was pretty bad experience for me this time, and will never ever go.

See, the food was tasting good, no doubt, but i don't prefer TASTE OVER HYGIENE, periodt.

People would still go there coz, i mean, not every dish would have hairs, but i don't know what's happening in their kitchen.

It would be a request to not go there looking at the offers on texts as well, it's misleading. A text said 100 rupees off, but when i actually went there, it was not available (for reason they didn't even care to mention!)

PS, I ordered only the pasta and frappe, still an hour later, got an e- invoice stating peri peri fries ,water and what not, it was double the price of what I ordered for. I don't know what they're trying to...

Not money worthy, For by one get one offer You have to take same two items no option, like if you are ordering Pizza the same Pizza will be served as the BOGO, not providing option from the same category or from same price No Option of half payment if want to order only one item in BOGO. Prices are toooooo high of the all items like for an example a regular sandwich or Burger costs around 80/- to 150/-at different places and here the starting cost is 200/- Menu card was showing the pizza size of 12 inches but they were serving 8inches(4 slices) pizza only with starting cost of 480/- per pizza (which is again too high if we compare with other standard options for pizza). Also this we got to know this while inquiring before giving the order, they informed that it's a - Printing Mistake.

What we order and what we got.. 😛 We have ordered Tandoori Paneer Sandwich, but when it arrived after an half hour Paneer was missing in the Tandoori Paneer Sandwich. On informing this they explained that they forgot to add Paneer in Sandwich, which seems funny to us. Also they served another proper sandwich after waiting for another 10-15 mins.

It looks like a nice cute cafe but once you get inside and interact you feel nothing good about it. First of all the parking. You probably not be getting a parking spot and the security people there believes that they own the building. Extremely rude and ill behaved this will also be a reason why I would be avoiding this place in future. Next will be food. I ordered American grill cheese sandwich and cheese chilli toast. In the sandwich there was a some cheese and corn but a lot of meyo which was not really tasted good to me. The toast was ok but there was no chilli instead they used pepper. Finally the service. There were 2 people and both preferred staying at the counter. Least interested about customers. There was no tissue on the table food took more then half n hr to prepare and the chips served as side were old and soggy. So for me this place is a no go. Not...
