Horrible food and even worse service, beverages were good, though.

Pointers: There were a lot of mosquitoes inside the café In the inside seating, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, so we felt stuffy and overheated. ⁠ Food was so pathetic. ⁠ Exceptionally poor and rude service.

About the service: I used Google to reserve a table for 10–12 guests in celebration of my husband's birthday. We preferred to sit outside, but when we arrived, we discovered that there was just 1 table inside that could seat ten people. However, the café employee told us that we had to sit inside only because we couldn't move a chair from one table to another or connect two tables in outside sitting.

As it was a birthday celebration, our guests arrived one by one. By the time he started pressuring us to place an order, I had already declined to place any orders on behalf of other people and told him to wait for the other guests to arrive so they could place their own orders.

When our guests arrived, we placed an order for 10 individuals with 5 meal items and 4 beverages. Cunningly, he is now arguing that your beverage order does not reflect the values of ten people and mentioned that they usually charge ₹500 per person as a cover charge, but I have reserved through Google, so he can’t charge you, and he pointed out that you are not purchasing enough food to meet the ₹500 cover charge per person at this café. And I must order at least ₹500 per person because there are ten of you, to cover their expenses. It is not stated anywhere in the booking that I made via Google. There were a tonne of mosquitoes, both outdoors and inside. Not only was the AC not functioning properly, but we were all irritated.

About food: We have ordered 3 Cheese Pizza: Received half-burnt Pasta: Average Cheese chilli toasts: received cold toasts, requested to provide a hot one. The same has been microwaved and served. Avocado toast: ok, ok

We've ordered hot and cold coffee as well as a mocha, all was excellent. Thus, it is advised that you do not eat here, just have beverages.

Walked in to the first ⭐️ ! The security greeted us on arrival. The only hospitality I could find unfortunately. Passed by the hotel lobby , only to find a group of people at the reception looking at me puzzled ! Found my way to the cafe which is a simple straight passage through the elevators on your left.

The passage opens to a beautifully lit space with well done furniture to go with it. The reason for the 2nd ⭐️.

The hazelnut latte I ordered clearly came out of a stale grind of coffee ! Kept wondering the reason to have bulk grinded coffee when there was no one apart from us.

Ordered a "Pain au chocolat" and got a confused look to the second staff at the counter. So I changed words to " chocolate croissant" and requested him to warm it a bit.

Received on the table was "plain croissant with a side of butter". Told the barista about the wrong arrival of order and he happily changed it to the actual order.

Unfortunately it was "warmed up" a lot more so felt like a roll of dough with some chocolate in it. Not super happy about this experience.

As a cherry on top , the barista was busy on his phone and kept it on the loudest volume possible which was quite unpleasant.

After all this , the valet seemed to be confused with what to do with the valet card. It took a long while and multiple valet to get my car.

Ambience is not that much good as u can imagine for a 5 star hotel, the pic uploaded by courtyard is quite attractive but sitting arrangement not as per expectation.

I never had that worst quality of food in a 5 star restaurant till I visit here, i am talking about restaurent which is on ground floor in courtyard.

service is very pathetic, u need to wait for atleast 15-20 mins for the order.
