10 days back i visited Lithosphere for a Corporate meet.. and i loved the vibes at the restaurant..! So I decided at the moment that vl plan a special dinner here…
NONG Food :- Being Jain, i asked wether they serve jain food or not, and out of surprise I found a seprate menu for Jain food. Though a limited options but yeah i loved it that we have got a whole different menu specifically for Jain food.
I planned a Dinner date on our special day to celebrate there and a surprise for my hubby. Whole menu and preparation were curated by the Manager only. He just took few details.
A Candlelight Dinner Preparation :- We have got separate space (as it was a working day) with a lovely ambiance .. table was nicely decorated with Rose Petals and Real flowers bouquets.. and what we love was - a personalised detailing was done by them.. our pic with best wishes on the table…!
Coming to the food: Mocktail - Sangria it was..! Something different we tried after long..! Liked it.!
Pumpkin Soup - Too good with total different flavour… they serve 2 different flavoured seasoning in small jars.. that was having a different flavour. One was chilli and the other was -i forgot🙈- must try.
Philadeldhia cream cheese soup - It was good but i liked Pumpkin soup more. - Depends on personal choice. If u like silent flavour of cheese - then you must try it.
Starters:- Smoked Cottage cheese & Spinach Fatayer - It was super yummy.. perfect blend of spinach and cottage cheese.. we liked it very much. - Not to Miss
Water chestnuts and Black Beans Fry - so we were expecting some sautéed Water Chestnuts with veggies.. but when we had it - OMG - here they have fried it to make it crispy from outside and sautéed with veggies with added fresh basil leaves which enhances the over all taste - must try
DORITOS Crumbled Cottage Cheese - again something different.. you can try it
Cottage cheese Steak - perfectly grilled Paneer served with White Pasta(😍) and some dip with it.. it was good.
Bengali Daab Vegetable - vegetable cooked in Coconut milk.. I personally don’t like any sweet flavour in subji so didn’t like it much.. if u like sweet flavour in sabji then u can try this..
Paneer Butter Masala - it was too good.. i loved it very much and finished half portion of it🙈🙈 … must try.. something different than what we used to eat outside - must try in main course
Dessert
Hot Apple Pie - Ooo Mmmmm Ggggggggggg It was so so so yuummyy… i would hv eat only apple pie if it was served earlier… i just loved it… must must must try.. you won’t regret the Calories 😜😜🤣🤣 even.. it was felt like a heaven eating this..
Chocolate Mousse - It is good. Normal chocolate mousse type. One time try.
I must say - no one can beat Their Desserts… they have so many options in dessert - and each of the desserts are yummy..
I shall not miss to highlight the #HOSPITALITY served by the staff.. chef himelf came upstairs for 2-3 times asking about food and taking feedback and suggestions.. staff members were so generous and very polite… so in total they made our evening very special… Kudos to team Lithosphere and a big Thank you to team Members to make our...

Lithosphere
If you’ve ever wished to savor desserts and savories from the culinary capital of the world, 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 a venture by the renowned brand 𝗨𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 is as close as you will come to dining in France without ever having to leave Ahmedabad.
Yesterday evening FEA - Innovative Food Entrepreneurs Associates bloggers were invited for tasting the food menu of 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 on its grand opening. We loved the food right from welcome drinks to desserts. Monisha & Lester D'Souza were the best hosts and they welcomed us so well. We wished the owners and the Lithosphere team all the very best for this venture.
They have French-inspired patisserie and Boulangerie, complemented with great coffees and fresh dough pizzas. 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 gives a unique experience by offering contemporary Indian/Mediterranean/ European cuisines. It offers a rich menu both for vegetarians and nonvegetarians from breakfast to dinner and can be termed as all their dishes are stars of their savory and sweet menu like good ol' fashioned burgers to coal and lava stone barbecue to cakes and pastries.
Its white color ambiance with glass on the rooftop, elegant wooden seats furnished make for a cozy atmosphere, which is perfect for enjoying what they have to offer. The well-equipped huge, spacious restaurant also has fine dining, an open coffee shop, and a luxurious banquet hall with a capacity of 200 people occupancy. The lithosphere is offering a heap of services and gets the significance of your special day and leaves no stone unturned in making your ceremonies memorable. For the banquet hall, they customize the menu as per requirements.
The main draw here is the dessert section, featuring several sweet delights like their impressive range of cheesecakes, Bunt cakes, cupcakes, many French-based desserts, chocolate bars as well as tasty drinks mocktails. The menu selection is specially curated by the owner Monisha D'Souza first at her home and then launched in the restaurant.
I thanks Anil Mulchandani sir , Monisha & Lester D'souza for the invite. I explored something new this time from the regular one.
Venue: Lithosphere, Rajpath Rangoli Rd, behind Rajpath Club, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.

Read moreI've been to Lithosphere a few times now, and I generally really like the food. ❤️ The venue itself is lovely—it's a nice space that features a coffee shop ☕, a bakery 🥧🧁🍞, and a cool rooftop café. It's certainly a versatile spot! However, my most recent experience came with a few frustrating service hiccups. We came in as a group of friends, and right at the start, we asked the staff if we could have separate bills. This turned out to be surprisingly confusing for some of the team members. We were actually told we should sit at separate tables, as they seemed unable to grasp the concept that we were all together, wanted to share a meal, chat, and have fun—we just needed to pay for our own orders individually. It was an awkward way to begin the meal.🫤 Despite the service issue, the food quality was mostly high, though I did find a few things they could improve on: I tried the 🍗 Chicken Roulade with Black Pepper, which was quite good, but I was definitely taken aback to find a bone 🦴 in the roulade. That really shouldn't happen. The presentation of the sides was a constant issue. For both the roulade and the Juicy Lucy Steak 🥩, the mashed potatoes were spread all over the plate 🍽️ in a paper-thin layer (maybe 2mm thick!). It looked unappealing and made it uncomfortable to eat. The steak was equally good, but the bizarre plating style needs to be addressed. 🍕 The Meat Frenzy Sourdough Pizza was a definite win—it was really tasty!😋 🌶️🧄🧈🦐The Chili Garlic Butter Prawns were average in taste; nothing special. The Wasabi Paneer Tikka was quite tasty, though. 🧋🍰Drinks and Dessert The drinks were unfortunately a major letdown. Both the 🍑Peach Iced Tea and the 🥝Kiwi Cooler were far too sweet. They didn't taste like actual tea or a fresh cooler but rather like water mixed with an excessive amount of flavored syrup. Fortunately, the dessert saved the day. I ordered the Tiramisu Brownie, and it was absolutely delicious!🥰
Overall: Lithosphere has some genuinely great food and a beautiful location, but they need to iron out the basic elements of customer service—like handling separate checks—and rethink their presentation, especially for the mashed potatoes. I hope they make those adjustments because I really do...
