Bakwas place.Never seen any restaurant where staff is so poorly behaved. We went for unlimited menu. After waiting endlessly when asked them why they are not serving, we are told it is self service. There was nothing in starters except some fried idli and veg Manchurian. Sambhar was like water. When we filled ourselves with this, we see a waiter, putting some wadas in the serving pans. When I asked them vada hai? Kyon bataya nahi? He is like haa, appko chahiyee toh le lo. We were there for 2 hrs and this whole time all the waiters stood at the entrance, talking with the cashier Or manager . We searched for food and took whatever rice and sabji was there. When we had our fill, one waiter comes and asks dosa chahiye? Uttapa bhi hai. That was the time I felt like literally throwing the leftover food on my plate on his head. Their behavior and attitude was like as if we are some beggars sitting there eating and they are allowing us to sit inside and have food. Not once did the staff assist or asked us Or served us. Too rude and useless staff and manager. Restaurant owner should know that they are least bothered that his money is going down the drain. They don't know what is customer service. Too bad a place to waste your money and time. Food tasteless. My advice th the owner is, change your entire staff if you really want your place to run. Worst behavior ever seen in...
Read moreIf you’re looking to explore a variety of South Indian dishes in one go, this place is definitely worth checking out! I recently visited and opted for their buffet, and I have to say — the spread was quite impressive. From dosas to idlis, vadas, and several regional curries and chutneys, there was a wide range of flavors to experience. Everything I tried was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. You can tell they put effort into maintaining the authenticity of the dishes.
The ambience is casual and comfortable — not too fancy, but clean and welcoming. It works well for families, groups of friends, or even a solo lunch if you’re in the mood for something hearty and satisfying.
That said, there are a few areas where they could improve. The live chat counter, which should be a highlight of the buffet experience, was a bit too slow. There was a noticeable delay in getting items like dosas or hot snacks made to order. Additionally, table service felt a bit understaffed — getting refills or clearing plates took longer than expected.
Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was still very positive. The quality of the food made up for the service delays, and I left feeling full and happy. With a little more attention to the service side, this place could easily be a five-star experience.
For now, I’d confidently give them a solid four stars — and I’d definitely...
